| 5 | Someone Gets It!I studied for one whole year to be a teacher so I'm def an expert in this field. But the general problem with teachers being paid well is that while pretty much everyone acknowledges that you have a very important job, they also understand the pitfalls if they were to pay really well. So you want to find teachers who want to teach and help you're kid grow. You also don't want people getting into the career just because they know they can make a good living off of it.
