| – | Daily Community Chat MegathreadI don’t have a avatar for this very reason, I feel like I’m auto shutdown if I show my gender. Also people are nicer to me on the programming subreddits. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/07/22 09:43 PM |
Daily Community Chat MegathreadYes that’s pretty accurate. I see YouTube videos and things like that examining the communities but they typically aren’t part of it themselves. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/07/22 09:11 PM
Daily Community Chat MegathreadTo be fair I do work in STEM and I don’t really see it either. I see a few dudes every so often who lack some social skills but most are fine when it comes to being able to have relationships/hooking up. I also think every profession is probably like that more or less. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/07/22 08:30 PM
Daily Community Chat MegathreadA lot of people confuse this with being an asshole, which is not the same thing and isn’t attractive. You can be genuinely caring and also practice stoicism/have a life outside relationships. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/07/22 07:41 PM
Do people confuse anxiety for attraction? When I was in my teens, sure. As an adult I won’t look twice at someone who I don’t feel respects me and isn’t a friend too. I just want someone to genuinely enjoy my company and make me laugh after a long day at work. If you’re an asshole or play games I assume you’re emotionally immature and have issues that I want no part in. I would rather be alone. I think those who find this attractive probably have other issues as well. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/06/22 11:37 PM
Daily Community Chat MegathreadWomen tend to hit a hard wall around 30 as far as appearance goes, only fans income and stuff like that lasts a couple years. Then you’re stuck with no skill work and no decent relationship prospects. Yes you can save, but most of those girls aren’t financially literate enough. It’s not that enviable. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/06/22 10:15 PM
Daily Community Chat MegathreadEh, I’m not jumping at getting married because I’m a swe and make more than the majority of my partners, therefore I’d be paying out or obsessing over a prenup. Having a ceremony and not getting legally married is just fine. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/06/22 08:53 PM
