It's just that for prostitution people are parroting that 90% figure whereas in every other jobs it's 10x lower. I don't think you understand other industries. Look into palm oil, for example. I don't really understand your point. Do you expect men to pay them for services that the men have no interest in? Who knows? It depends on the person, I suppose. Maybe the only other option is working 15 hours a day rice farming, doing physically exhausting labor and only for a fraction of what she could get working a fraction of the hours as a prostitute. No, you are confusing preservation of life with the creation of the maximum amount of life. I'd also argue that early enough in a pregnancy "life" doesn't mean a full human person, and is more akin to a clump of cells. Every day, a lot of your skin cells die, and it would be unreasonable to keep your skin cells alive. It's also unreasonable early in a pregnancy. It's all just cells. Just because $20 doesn't make doing it worth your time doesn't mean it isn't enough for someone else. If she didn't want the $20 then she could have left and done something else.
