We mainly focused on her issues she had with me, I don’t feel like my issues were addressed much during therapy even though they were vocalized. She would still shutdown all the time outside of therapy and refuse to talk about things. Delay tactics, I’ll talk about it later and never bring it to surface and once I address it says she doesn’t want to talk about it anymore. She was happy with the progress I made. Not being able to talk to her about things that are important to me. I initiated it because I knew It was at the point of not fixing. Going to a therapist myself, and together, she didn’t really want to work on the stuff she was proposing during our sessions.
