6	Lonely Dude I went thru the same thing. Almost killed me. But I’ve found that the best thing to keep distracted and sober is learn something. Even if it’s a documentary, movie or game. I play chess. It really helps a lot and also therapy because narcissistic abuse rewires your brain. Dating does suck I basically gave up and then after 10 months without even being touched I got a date with solid babe who was so great my ex doesn’t even compare. 1	Narcissism addiction on way to the D My marriage of 5 years ended this summer I was discarded and replaced after a month. I do therapy twice a week and learn everything I can about narcissism not only to understand but to protect myself.
