Yes But that is unrelated to the first topic. Our discussion is about consent during all the sexual intercourse and later withdraw it. You are saying withdrawal during sex. Let’s get it clear: if any part says no (with previous mutual consent) during sex and the other part continues then of course is rape.

Ok, now I’m questioning if you even opened any of the links I send you. Not only I have found and send you all kind of evidence about that, but I have explained to you what it’s happening respect to that matter in my country. Also, one thing that I would like to get clear. I have never stated that any of this important people said directly that you can retroactively withdraw consent, but they do say it, only using verbiage and demagoguery. Now, given that you are so sure that I’m just trying to …

There is people who blatantly say it, but of course those people are at most YouTubers and/or Instagram stars. I will say it again: none of the political figures will say it with that exact words, however the outcome from this law is the same independently however they say it. I gave you the evidence but you don’t want to see it.

Look just one of the examples I gave you: The judge from the video on twitter said: Unless there is an explicit yes, judges are going to consider that it was a no. So, let’s say the woman is a fucking sociopath and want to put the guy in jail (I repeat, only her word is needed for this). Now, because this hegemonic left is trying to abolish the presumption of innocence (and they are making it) it is not the accusation who have to prove that he raped her, instead, the lawyer of him has to prove t…

I just provided it to you. If you wanted that all this people say blatantly those exact words: “you can withdraw consent at any point” then I can’t give it to you. None of this people are that dense to blatantly say the obvious, they have to use verbiage. Despite of that, the result of that law is that (mostly women) can withdraw consent and file a rape complaint only with her testimony. (Again read the very first link)

Sure: The court ruling of a “rape” case in Spain (text is in Spanish) and in case you are fluent with this language a video explaining what happened https://files.mediaset.es/file/10002/2019/12/12/AP_Burgos_-_Sentencia_-_Caso_Arandina_d772.pdf ⬆️Due to Reddit this link doesn’t connect. Copy and paste https://youtu.be/2e116l8wva0 The Jurists Women Association making an official statement about consent (also Spanish) https://www.mujeresjuristasthemis.org/prensa/noticias/193-manifiesto-sobre-lineas…

In my country, the identity policies hit hard, and next to them, another shit ton of nonsense from the hegemonic left. So not only a twitter troll discuss this, but also judges, prime ministers and a very significant part of important figures. So for the matter of the discussion, the previous example I gave you is not only possible but also real, so if your country doesn’t have laws like that, then, how would you define consent therefore rape?

Ok, but when does consent applies? I mean, does the consent of a drunk person applies? Does it the mentally disabled person’s one? Example: Let’s say that (x) and (y) have no disabilities neither temporary handicaps, and decide to have consensual sex. Sometime after, (x) decides that despite of have consensual sex with (y), (x) didn’t like it, so decides to put rape charges on (y), saying that it wasn’t consensual, and of course (y) doesn’t have any evidence of the contrary (neither does (x)) De…

I have read the whole argument so far, but I want to add up something. How would you define rape? Which cases is someone a rapist? (Give some examples here please)

OCD is no joke, I mean actual OCD, problem is people these days like to self diagnose. For example a lot of people in the interwebs consider that a rough week is depression or someone saying r/woooosh when doesn’t proceed is OCD. Crazy times we live

It depends more on the psyche of the person itself, not to be man or woman.
