Nope can't sue, they used the polices word which was the false accusations from the "victim".

I just hope I can get my money back and maybe some for a down-payment for a house.. They destroyed my reputation and put my address in the article all based off of false accusations.

Correct. I've been falsely accused for rape and assault. Working on getting my $20,000.00 back.

My biggest thing with being falsely accused of anything is that the innocent person that has gotten dragged throughout the mess should automatically receive basic compensation (Everything they had to spend) from the false accuser. If you feel like you deserve more for the traumatic experience and fucked up reputation you can sue for that.

Yeah.. In my situation it's a neighbor that I was helping fix their furnace. That night something happened and boom 45 days later says I raped her.

It will. God and my Family have my back. I know who I am, and that is a good man that is about equality and fairness. I want to fight this unjust system but I don't know how to go about it. I don't want other people starting out their lives to have to go through this just because someone lies to the cops.

I hope I can. & her BF if he has anything to do with it. I've never wronged them and I'm honestly just a hard working guy that keeps to himself. I don't get it... All I do is work, ride motorcycles, and play video games. Lol

That's all it takes man.. I went to fix a neighbors furnace. A close neighbor in fact, that I've worked many hours with doing landscaping on the weekends. Him and my dad are also friends. I went to my dad's to hangout with my little brother. My Dads other neighbor that I do electrical/plumbing work with on the weekends called me over because the other neighbor has been bugging us to fix his furnace. So we went and checked it out. The neighbor that wanted his furnace fixed wasn't home but his GF …

It's insane the way the system is with cases like these. I'm 20 years old, fully employed in an electrical apprenticeship, nothing on my record, and am not a criminal. I went to fix a neighbors furnace and here I am on house arrest, and going through a lot of emotional and financial stress that no good citizen should have to go through. An article was posted, I've spent over $8,000.00 already and once I'm proven Not Guilty, I won't receive a dime. This system is so screwed up, I understand that …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
