Kirk situation.I think you understand, there were laws and cases that have happened since the 1st amendment was created. For example, Brandenburg v. Ohio. This made it law that free speech cannot incite violence. So for example, someone can say “I hate Charlie Kirk and all of his ideas”, but you cannot say, “Someone should go attack Charlie Kirk right now”. That is incitement to violence and not protected, along with slander, defamation, etc. So opinions are welcome, but false factual claims and incitement are… | /r/MensRights | 13/09/25 01:44 PM
Kirk situation.I think this has been my main issue, everyone keeps confusing free speech and expressing of their opinion, if i went around saying completely off the wall things, then there should be consequences. And there are is limits to free speech. However, everyone is acting like there is no limits and they can say anything. If you work in a public sector, there are different rulesets and structures that must be followed. I provide emergency healthcare services, and provide the same level of care to you r… | /r/MensRights | 13/09/25 09:39 AM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsWill do thank you | /r/MensRights | 24/07/22 02:16 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsDamn. Thanks for the honest reply. Its interesting to hear others POV. I hope your doing well now. | /r/MensRights | 24/07/22 02:57 AM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsWell i see a common theme here. My general consensus is exactly what you describe. Seems to be a common issue of trashing the places which seems to cause the shut down. | /r/MensRights | 24/07/22 02:54 AM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsLol what did you say my new motto is?! 😂 | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 10:16 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsThank you for your reply. Thats true for customers who want to use it and encounter those situations. Had not specifically thought of that instance. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 09:46 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsWhy was the #BLM or #MeToo movement created? Cause someone couldn’t get over some one off concept? Your ideas are beyond me. Your posting in a mens rights reddit about an actual cause and responding with some delusional thoughts with no motive but to be argumentative. Why is it hard to fix the issue and remove the lock from the mens? Or add a lock to the womans? Once again. Your a redditor with no knowledge. Like i have hinted in previous post I have worked minimum wage and also finish construct… | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 09:44 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsNo your actually not understanding once again. I didn’t lose my mind. Thats your interpretation of what you want the reality to be. I simply called the manager after i used the ladies restroom hassle free. Do i need to say it in another language for your to comprehend? And say id this happened to another individual. And they went into that ladies restroom and made a mess for someone else to clean? Would this be a reasonable use of employees time? Continue to think inside of the box instead of ou… | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 09:34 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsIts not when your refusing to answer the one thing you can’t defend. It literally nulls all your arguments. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 09:16 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsOnce again your avoided the question, thus making your arguments invalid. Try again next time. No need to check your comments. You have no constructive feedback. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 09:03 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsI answered your question so answer mine. I said no i didnt ask for the key. But tell me. Why should i have to ask for the key as a male but not a female?! This is not a bathroom cleaning.. this has been for years. So lets hear it detective. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:58 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsWhy should i be having to ask for a key to the restroom when any lady can enter hers at any time with no hassle? Maybe im baby brain here. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:54 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsIm confused what your point is here? Please go on. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:53 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsI waited my limit before i needed to go.. realized the ladies was unlocked. Became bothered.. realized i had a brain, so knocked on it and asked repeatedly if anyone was in it, no one was, so i proceeded to use the ladies as respectfully as possible. Literally the same behavior i would hope my wife could do in the mens without hassle. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:51 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsSo no. Lol | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:46 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsI did. I waited for 5 to 10 minutes. I was perhaps to impatient and should have waited longer to ask. But both customers in front of me where complaining of waiting 10 minutes in the pull aside area for drive thru. And at that point i was not even able to make eye contact. And not the type to just be rude and interrupt the customer in front of me | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:46 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsI actually did use the woman’s restroom after waiting more than 5 minutes and not even being acknowledged. I have been questioned about if i have worked minimum wage and i have. And when i have more than 1 or 2 customers in line i always made eye contact and said im sorry i cant help them but will be with them as soon as possible. Pretty easy customer service thats keeps someone in your store rather than back out the door. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:22 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsCar wash, grocery store, been ground crew for crop dusters and helicopters, several. I think maybe your overlooking something. Its not the individual employees who made the decision but rather the management and staff…. Hence why i didn’t question the cashier and called and asked to speak to a manager. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:19 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsIts comments like this that inspire me. Thank you | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:07 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsCan you not read? I said they claimed it was due to a remodel that happened years ago and due to an ineffective lock. So after the remodel.. and the lock was removed from the ladies and not males.. and then after that a incident happened in the LOCKED males restroom. Yet you continue to keep the lock on it. Is that not ironic? | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:04 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsThanks for your insight. Another constructive post. I didn’t know that about California restrooms. I just believe you cant keep treating everyone indifferent based off of individuals fears. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 08:01 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsThanks for a actual constructive post. I could understand that. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 07:12 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsI have actually. I grew up on a 20 acre ranch w no one around and could pee anywhere i wanted. Thats actually not the point of this post. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 07:11 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsI actually would agree if both male and females were locked. But not to lock one and not the other. Thats how arguments like this do not hold true in this situation. Everyone replying pee outside are the actually probably the first ones to report it and be offended. Ironically | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 07:09 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsIs it common to only lock one sex? Why is everyone avoiding this? | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 07:06 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsI actually wanted to find the incident that the manager was talking about to put myself in their shoes. I am reasonable. And i wont post specific location cause I am not here to shame. I like to give others the benefit of the doubt until they prove me otherwise. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 06:42 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsAlso, I actually would have been more upset if it happened to my wife than myself. So I think this is vary invalid. No where has anyone suggested any one sex be locked. I simply suggested to lock both. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 06:32 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsI necessarily didn’t expect the worse. That is why I called and asked to speak to a manager rather than ask the first cashier/waitress/waiter/clerk i seen. Because I actually was after a reasonable response. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 06:29 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsGlad someone else has a brain around here. Thats been both arguments thus far.. just pee outside anywhere. Lets downvote cause it makes more sense to pee outside in public where kids can see than behind closed doors in bathroom urinal or toilet? Entertain me more with delusional thoughts. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 06:23 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsIll downvote your post due to the fact that your a dad and you let others deny your daughter to use the male restroom. Id take my daughter into any male stale and have her use the restroom. No guy pees in a urinal with his d*ck not facing it. Grow up. Get a pair of balls. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 06:12 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsI think you nailed it. That’s the main difference. “Women would complain in a second” and eventually it was probably be more cost effective to unlock it than keep having to spend someone’s time handing someone a key. I personally being a country boy, prefer the outdoors, who the hell wants to aim anyways?! | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 06:07 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsTrue actually makes sense. I understand being on the opposite end and I myself, having worked at both a car wash and grocery store, i understand what dealing w the general public can be like. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 05:55 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsAre male homeless that much more common than females? (Actual no troll here). | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 05:50 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsSorry to laugh but i died.. 3 times in 20 years what kind of rip off subscription is that? 😂 on a serious note, i get it, but is it only males doing this? | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 05:44 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsThat was not my first move. I called the location and asked to speak to manager who continued to be rude. I guess maybe the franchise owners could have been the next step… but how to find those numbers and get that to happen? More difficult than looking up a corporate number. I have previously defended myself in a DUI court case. In which a girl was knocked out by a male and i put her in my truck and drove to to a safe spot. The dispatcher said no legal action would happen considering circumstan… | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 04:34 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsI was assuming the same. Or maybe there is more male homeless in the area then females? | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 04:24 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsWhose to say i didnt? LOL | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 04:17 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsYou responding to this post and providing no constructive feedback is hilarious. And then resorting to a typical “Karen” response makes you look even more like a joke. Enjoy your day. | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 04:11 PM
Mens restroom locked at McDonaldsBecause people go to these establishments based on a name and expect a quality or level of service that comes with it. Otherwise, we could just stop at any moms and pops burger joint. Do you go to payless to buy your shoes or Sports Chalet? Are you going to tell me they provide equivalent in products and services? | /r/MensRights | 23/07/22 03:58 PM
