Great post, sometimes I catch myself constantly thinking about women and approaching. Yes it's important but not at the cost of other things you should be focusing on. I have to stop myself sometimes when I'm at the gym and see a girl I want to approach. Okay okay, if I approach from this angle and say this I'm pretty sure I can game her. NO! I have to snap myself back and remind myself that I am there to LIFT. If a unique opportunity presents itself then maybe but I need to focus on what I'm th…

That's some next level premeditated deception. I wouldn't even confront her. You don't owe her a reason to next her. Get your ass to the gym and start eating clean if you're not. Time to kick the workouts up a notch, get your shit together, and game some potential plates.

Me too. Word for word almost. No madder how emotionally or physically weak you think you are, you can always be re birthed. It takes deep introspection, commitment, trust, and most of all work. It was great to come here and always get support at the worst times of my life and I'll always make sure to say thank you RP by doing my best contributing the same support I received.

Agreed, 30-35 is peak male SMV. Assuming- •No kids •No wife •Secure financially •Physically fit You have all of the wisdom and experience that only comes with years of introspection and dealing with women, while still being fit and good looking. You have more power at that age over women then you ever will in your early 20s. I'm only 28 but the person I was even 2 years ago couldn't complete with who I am now. Rollo covers this topic in The Rational Male at length.

That's right, dedicate yourself to honest introspection. Be a good manager, if you can maximize your strength and minimize your weaknesses then that's a huge jump.

Continue to eat clean but you need to hold off on the lifting until you fully recover. It sucks man I know but mitigate the loss with eating clean. Also idk if you can do any cardio ( jogging or exercise bike? ). Cardio will keep your body active and you won't have to sacrifice your routine witch will seamlessly transition back to your lifting when you are healthy.

I'm 28 in a similar situation as far as beginning again after a beta relationship phase. Also got a good job, new truck, new house etc...Iv been doing a lot of working out and reading and the results speak for themselves . If you don't like taking advice from 20-year-olds I suggest you get a copy of the book the Rational Male and start there. It's currently on audiobook as well and it is the red pill Bible. Proven truths and concepts that you can depend on to get your mind into the correct line …

Absolutely, never underestimate the power of just a couple of months. The awful betrayal and crushing blow WILL fade. Treat yourself to a premium supplement stack and hit the gym extra hard for quicker results.

The gym has become therapy for me. I look forward to gym time. There's something about pushing myself that is extremely liberating. It's almost like a meditation in a way.

The no hobbies and no friends thing absolutely wore me out. Someone who needs to be entertained daily or even weekly will ware you down to the nub.

This might sound crazy and it's expensive but try picking up golf. Iv been playing since I was a kid and it's my obsession. Outside of work and gym I fill all my other free time doing something golf related.

Damn dude that's like a sharp punchline in a great stand up routine. Absolutely true but still hilarious.

Thanks for the post man. Currently going through a break up with the similar tones. All these comments are giving me confirmation that I'm not crazy.

Sounds like a corny romantic scene in a James Bond movie.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
