Sorry, I spend too much time on Facebook hearing about white male privilege from my cousin's friends. But the idea is that men are more privileged than women, and whites are more privileged than black people. I wasn't agreeing with it, but just pointing out that it is what some people say.
If a woman did this, it would be all over the news, and women everywhere would be calling for his head. Actually in all seriousness, has a man ever done this?

The HIV transmission thing is most likely false because the studies don't get the idea that they need to control for sexual education. Of course a bunch of poorly educated uncircumcised people who aren't practicing safe sex are going to have a higher infection rate of HIV.
I don't want to sound like I don't care, or don't understand, but it's up to them to get the ball rolling. If they don't report it, it might as well have never happened. There is a support network to help these people (guys and girls, both, although fewer for men), they just need to seek it out. They may not get retribution, but they can find help.
