I'm not a doctor, that's why I was suggesting OP see a professional who can choose a medication or course of treatment for their severe anxiety. I'm sorry Xanax is the only one I've taken or even heard of so it's the only one I can use as an example.

You may need real scrips like Xanax. It seems like you are doing everything right. I would recommend seeing an in-person therapist if you have the financial means to do so. I would also recommend ashwagandha if you aren't already sick of those types of supplements. Truth be told, I would also recommend THC/CBD but there's equal chances it might make you more anxious

You are right in a way. The problem is it is an unrealistic fantasy to find a guy who wants to be the sole provider in a relatuonship. Now women are expected not only to look beautiful, but also to achieve financial wealth through a career. If this were the 1950's, then you would be right.

The imaginary, short, fat woman in question would be found attractive by more guys & gals than her imaginary, short, fat, male counterpart though ...

Women are more emotional & social in general. Men are usually more logical & physical than biological females. These are just norms, not rules. Men are also more independent. They are definitely much physically stronger than women as well, perhaps this is why they are more independent & physical than most ladies. Males are also usually more competitive & more honest/straightforward than females.

This needs to be your personal decision, but I would say dump him. When you have kids, you want to impart your values on them, not ones which you disagree with

No way, they can watch porn all they want, but paying for it is not acceptable. It's addictive! It's just like sports betting, it's okay to watch all you want, but once you start throwing your money away on it .. NO NO NO

Who wouldn't take this deal? That is literally the dream. This would solve all the problems in my life. It's just a fantasy.

An 18 year old is becoming an adult & capable of making much more important decisions than a 14 year old. At 18, we graduate high school & enter the working world.

It would probably average to twice a day. Even without stresses I could be in the mood more one day & less another.

Oh for sure! I was just saying that's how it looks in this particular case as she is literally using OP as a punching bag whipping boy & telling him he isn't a man if he can't take it.

Thanks for elaborating on this! This is what I was trying to say. I said it more crudely haha

There is nothing to be done but leave. She has a victim complex that acts as a prison for her mind. I suggest writing a long "Dear John" letter & leaving her for good & blocking her in all avenues. It seems that you have tried long enough but she is not healing because she chooses not to. Instead she will continue compounding her traumas & blaming/hating men for the rest of her life, but hopefully she gets some help one day

Men used to be disencouraged to share their emotions/feelings so women offer a better support network. Times are changing though, so gender isn't as relevant. If you have a long-term friend who is comfortable hearing you complain & cry, then gender shouldn't matter, it's just easier to find females who are like this

I feel this is my defect. I feel this is my biggest red flag, but I can't time travel & change my upbringing. Now I'm 40 & it feels like I'll never have a partner.

If you don't want a relationship then you shouldn't be in one. There's nothing wrong with this. In general, I don't like people & I find interacting with them to be a chore. I want to be in a relationship with one other person so we can detach from the world & get our social interaction with each other. I can't better explain it than this: I want to matter in someone else's life. I want to make one guy's life happy. I just want to matter to him. I have experienced so much pain in my life, the on…

Very well put! Yet another bi female chiming in, I was originally just going to say it was makeup & attitude. It's more commom for women to act flirtatious & even the ugliest woman could make herself attractive with exceptional makeup skills. Of course, a man could too, but the overwhelming majority simply don't wear makeup

I thought we already established that a fair split differs when one partner makes more. You're right, it isn't about gender, it is economic because it's about who makes more. If you split the bills 50/50 when one partner makes significantly more than the other then it's not fair. This is why people "get upset" about splitting bills 50/50

I agree with you. My life is miserable only because I have to work. I wish I lived 100 years ago so my only responsibilities were keeping a clean home & making my husband happy.

A high value man doesn't just have a lot of sexual options. They have a lot of options for being in a relationship too. A high value man makes a good amount of money & is self sufficient in that & all areas such as cooking & being able to take care of himself. A high value man can talk about his needs & emotions. They are real people with real goals in life who don't mess around with trivial sexual relations

I'm sorry for your situation. Move to an area where half the people are black. Here in Baltimore, you would probably be a good catch.

Is OP really shaming anyone though? I thought his point was that males don't need to go into every date expecting to pay for the female. This seems to agree with what you are saying. I would prefer if guys paid for us gals but it seems increasingly rare nowadays. You are exceptionally lucky to have a partner and a financially stable one at that.

I have never had a guy offer to take me on a date and pay for everything. It used to be like that 40 years ago but not today.

I would say why stop there? It's only after you've lost everything that you're free to do anything. My one main goal in life is to find a partner, but in 39 years that has not happened. So now that I am resolved to living a meaningless life alone, I am free to pursue my dreams nomatter how stupid they may be, without a partner to judge me. I live for myself alone.

I'm sorry if it sounds cliche, but confidence is very attractive. The way you carry yourself will help girls be more attractive to you. Of course your life would be better if you were attractive but if you start believing that you are worthy of happiness it's a good start

It seems that everyone is settled down by this age. All the good ones are taken. At this point you must settle for what's available or resolve yourself to die alone.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
