It’s just practical. A lot of marriages aren’t well thought out, people and feelings change. A prenuptial agreement just prevents one party from gouging the other.

15 year olds, who can legally hold jobs and drive motorcycles, are only slightly more mature than 8 year olds? Give me a break. Yes I think this woman is a rapist but you’re not really helping your argument making idiotic false equivalencies.
