Dude... right? In a public space you should always be preparing a toilet before you sit. That includes putting the lid wherever the fuck you need it, cleaning it and/or putting one of those little paper cover things down. It's just part of the process of using a public toilet. We don't really need to have a huge debate about it.

I mean... I've almost fallen in once or twice after leaving the lid up... but only because I wasn't paying any fucking attention or had just gotten out of bed super tired. But still, who doesn't clean off a public toilet before using it? Or puts one of those little disposable sheets down. Who the fuck is just running into public restrooms and flinging themselves down on a toilet willy nilly?
