My guy, if a candidate, male or female is being seriously considered for a board position, I bet they are coming in with more than enough credentials to earn the position. I think this is bs but it’s not as cut and dry as you are making it out to be.

Theres no issue with offering your jacket to a girl if shes cold. It's a nice thing to do. And so what if she doesn't offer you hers, you probably dont fit in the thing anyway. I've never had a girl ask me for my jacket when it gets cold but from what I'm getting in this thread I guess I'm a lucky one lol.i mean even when I offer mine up the reply is always "are you sure?" Like, say no if you have a problem with it dude.
