As a fit, lean, muscular guy, I say there is interest. Most of it is attention from mid tier women. If mid tier women are matching with fit, lean and muscular guys, I wonder what type of guy you would have to be to attract top tier women?

Based on what you wrote, I think I’m like OP. What places would be better?

I’m trying to break this platonic/impersonal habit. It’s hard to come up with the conversation. What personal things do you talk about especially if you’ve only seen/talked to the woman a couple of times around town?

What happens when the less pretty one becomes too obsessed with you since they don’t get attention?

Not OP but this is my problem. I’m trying to date to find a relationship. I thought first dates were more of a casual vibe check and never expect anything to happen but then I get the “let’s just be friends” or “no romantic connection” text. How do you learn to flirt more or escalate in the early stages?

Where do I find singles over the age of 30.?

I’m in a weekly bowling league and go to my exercise class 3-4 times a week. Yes, I say hi and talk to people but like I said most my age are married with kids. They don’t have time to just hangout.

don’t have enough friends How do you make friends when you’re not in school? It seems like everyone is already married or in relationships, they often don’t have time to hangout.

How do you enjoy time alone (especially after being hurt)? Everything I do is filled with couples/families and reminds me of what I lost.

But he’s too nice Like OP’s friend, I’m inexperienced and this is my problem. I don’t get women out one on one very often and when I’m talking to them around town I can’t tell if they’re are sexually interested or not. Without experience, how am I supposed to know if they interested or just being nice?

Yeah I always thought you shouldn’t ask out someone while you’re at your place of work or theirs.

This can go for girls in real life as well and I’ll never understand it.

I’d like to know the answer to this question since I’ve struggle to get past the second date. It’s hard to keep their attention when girls that are actively looking can talk to hundreds of men daily.

NEVER chase after someone who doesn’t to be caught. How do you know if they are just playing hard to get but are actually interested?
/r/seduction04/08/24 02:54 AM

First, I don’t drink alcohol so going for drinks doesn’t work for me. Secondly, there’s distance between us and we both have to work early the next day.

That’s probably true, the date times vary depending on our schedules. Last weekend I had early dinner (at 5pm) with a woman since we both had to travel 30ish min. We spent about an hour together before she had to leave.

I’ve tried to let her go and do no contact. She’ll still reach out on her own once a week or so to chat. Sometimes we’ll run into each other around town and she seems very friendly to me. 🤷‍♂️

I don’t think I’m awkward around women in general since I’ve been meeting and talking to them everywhere. I can maintain eye contact and have conversation with them about anything. They seem to like me enough to give There’s just different expectations when it comes to dates and every woman wants to go at a different pace. Some expect instant connection or sparks and are willing to sleep with you on the first date. Others want to take the time to get to know you. I don’t want to come across too …

Can some girls be legitimately too busy? I’ve a got a friend that I’m in interested in but I believe she is genuinely busy. She works full time, owns her own home and raises a 10 year old (he’s active in sports) all by herself. That’s why she says she’s too busy to meet. Why would she text me every day if she’s not interested?

I’m single without kids. It’s very rare that I get invited to social situations with a bunch of single women. Because of that, it’s hard to tell if someone actually likes me touching (arm, hand or shoulder, etc.) or flirting with them or if I’m making them uncomfortable and they want me to leave. Unless they say something, how am I supposed to become aware of these cues?

Have you heard of the Law of Reverse Effort? The less you try, the easier you get results? And the hard you try, the more success eludes you? I haven’t heard of that law but this is why I struggle with dating. If I don’t ever say anything then nothing romantic happens. If I try to make a move and ask them out, they flake or ghost me. Dating feels like a game that I can’t win? 🤷‍♂️ If I were you, I’d shift focus to other things that are not women and sex. This is easier said than done since every…

The thing is I’m happy and confident in every other area of my life except dating since I have little experience. Every girl I like and express interest in dating just ends up flaking or ghosting on me. 🤷‍♂️

I’m an average man which means I’m probably not what’s considered attractive to the vast majority of the female population. I’ve been working hard at the gym/exercise classes to help max out my looks. I do notice there are some women that wear very tight and revealing outfits that leave little to the imagination. As a guy, it’s hard not to stare especially if they are doing something like squats. What can I do to not be seen as creepy? Why do they wear those outfits or post revealing pics online…

How do you actually get them out to those places? I’d love to try your ideas but asking women out for even simple dates like coffee or hikes is like pulling teeth. Every time they either ignore it if it’s online or tell me some excuse why they can’t.

If you just want sex, how do you have that conversation and when? Are you supposed to ask them to hookup right after meeting them?

I’m definitely not happy about it. I always wanted a romantic partner to build a life with and thought I’d have that by now. For whatever reason, I’m romantically invisible to women. I struggle to get them out of the talking stage. Spending time with friends would also help make me happy. However, every single one of them are busy getting married and having kids and often don’t have time for me. They go out doing couples things to which I’m excluded and find out about it later. Being an older si…

I’m on all of the apps but it’s a trainwreck. In my area, the apps are filled with divorced moms of 3 or under 25 that just want to party and I’ve never been into that scene. I’ve also dealt with bots and scammers.

Do you ask before calling her or just call? I’ve tried asking for a call before but she usually is busy with work and/or her kids. They don’t really seem too excited to talk on the phone or maybe it’s just with me. 🤷‍♂️
/r/seduction02/07/24 03:36 PM

Seriously though why do they reach out if they don’t want to meet or are “too busy”?
/r/seduction30/06/24 07:31 PM

At least you get to the kissing part. I am struggling to get them out anywhere one on one where that could that even happen. The last girls “excuse” (whether true or not) was that she had some health issues. We follow each other on IG and could clearly see she was still going out having fun with her friends and seemed fine to me. At this point it feels like I’ve tried everything short of bribing them. I’m tired of putting in all the effort. What do we have to do to get them out on dates?
/r/seduction30/06/24 03:48 PM

Every girl just flakes on me. They seem excited (eye contact, smile, etc) to see me in real life. Some will give me their number or add me on social media. I thought these were signs of interest? They will be very responsive online, that is until I express interest and ask them out. They flat out stop responding or come up with whatever excuse. I guess they just want attention?🤷‍♂️

What type of man do women want to be with? I think it’s more than just being a role model. Every time I see woman I’m attracted to, they are already with someone who is 6ft+ tall and/or 5% body fat. Is it all about looks?

I feel the same way. Every girl I like and ask out on a date just comes up with whatever excuse to NOT see me. They would rather be single then date me while chasing someone else. I don’t even want to bother talking to them now.

I know girls like this but have no clue why they do it. I met Girl A through a mutual friend Girl B at the gym. Through my friend I found out Girl A was married even though she didn’t wear a ring at the gym. Saw Girl A training by herself a couple of times so we started talking and seemed to hit it off. She even added me on IG where we comment and like each others stories even though she makes posts about her husband. We haven’t made plans to meet or anything but it kinda feels weird to me? 🤷‍♂️…

I get this at the gym all the time. I’ll just be walking past a cute girl going to the next machine and looking straight ahead minding my own business. I can’t help but notice that her eyes look every other direction except at me. This happens with other girls even if we are on opposite machines (back machine) and it always makes me feel like a creep which isn’t my intention. Where am I supposed to look?
/r/seduction02/06/24 07:43 PM

How does this actually work? If I don’t ever say anything or make a move then nothing is ever going to happen. Women aren’t going to throw themselves at me or even message first. It feels like I have to chase and put in all of the effort for it to have a chance at working.
/r/seduction01/06/24 04:29 AM

I thought hitting on people at their work place (especially service industry) was a no go since they are paid to be nice and talk to you?
/r/seduction26/05/24 09:48 PM

I appreciate the idea but I’m definitely not religious one way or the other so church isn’t a good option for me. I’d be more open to dance class. It’s just difficult at my age since it feels like every girl is divorced with multiple kids and comes with a lot of baggage/doesn’t have time to actually date.
/r/seduction25/05/24 07:22 PM

I love that idea and wish it were that easy. Every girl I like just flakes or ghosts on me.

Of course he’s single/alone and meeting girls is his daily routine (which sometimes leads him to some depression), that’s his choice. He has also lost several friends that settled with families during the years. As an older single male without kids, how do you avoid this? Thanks for all info. I do believe dating should be a part of my life though and don’t want to go without it. I’ve got those needs, you know? Dating just doesn’t seem to be working out for me here. There isn’t a lot tying me down here either, bigger college sports town seems like a good idea and will have to look into it.

It’s closer to 75k population and definitely still feels like a small town. Where are the best places to live for a single guy without kids?

Totally relate to your grandparent comment. My friends have teenagers that have gotten into relationships and will probably have kids before me. Lol Good ideas but the park could be another really sketchy area for an older man there by himself. I don’t want anyone to think I’m a creep just there to check out and talk to younger women. You know? The streets could be good but I live in SF Bay Area. Most women out and about are busy going from point A to point B and have headphones on or texting so…

This is why I don’t go to bars/clubs very often. I’m older, most of my friends are married so they don’t go out anymore. If I go alone, I’d worry that I’d talk to the wrong girl and get in trouble. Where else am I supposed to go out alone and try to talk to women?

How do you tell if a woman is just being polite or actually interested in dating? I’ve got a crush on a girl at the gym. She always seems excited to see me and even approaches to make some small talk. I definitely like her and want to ask her out or at least try to get her number.
