To be honest, I kinda do too. Not that cheating on one’s spouse is justifiable, but I really dropped the ball in the marriage. I became distant and refused to talk about what was bothering me. I pushed her away just as much as she drifted away. I can say I learned a lot from that experience. I’ve become better at communicating my thoughts in a respectful, clear manner now.
I can see why she divorced me too. I wasn’t the best at communicating and we drifted apart after the miscarriage. She also cheated on me a few months later so that also had something to do with it all. She is happy with that guy now and I’m happily moved on. Thanks for your response. Now, I hope you have a pleasant day.
You’re right. Believing anything at face value is a mistake. I have no way to prove what happened and even if I did I doubt some would believe me then. I can only tell what I’ve experienced and others can only believe what they will. I lost my son Asher before I even got to know him. I never even saw his smile. It sent me down a road that almost ended with my death. What kept me alive was my ability to joke about it and release some of the tension. I love my son. He was going to be my world. Now…
Wanna know how I know this? Because I lost my son and I had to find humor in it all to keep from killing myself. You can hate me all you want, but I’m speaking from the point of view of someone who has lost their child.
