Mom jailed after letting kid play in crowded park while she worked, because "what if a man would've come and snatched her"" Your parks and recs people need to step in and ask for Debra Harrell to be released from custody. The fact that the city is touting that your park system is so incredibly dangerous that allowing a child to play there is a criminal offense does no good for the city image. Frankly I would love to see someone purchase billboards in your city and plaster images of the parks up there through the view of prison bars with the caption, "Is playing at North Augusta's parks really worth it? | 23 | GYM problems with HR (rant)I am a male in Human Resources. I have never felt so disparaged and discriminated against in my life. I have built a pretty solid career for myself, but every time I interview for a new opportunity, I'm immediately scoffed because I am a man. I had one opportunity at a day care center, non profit here in town. Question number one in the interview was, "We have 67 women working here, and if hired, you would be the only man. How would you avoid discriminating against these women and future employe… | /r/TheRedPill | 23/06/14 08:59 PM

Working on a large school assignment about child custody disputes and decisions. Anyone have any good articles, cases, studies, etc. that may be helpful in my research?I recently finished a two year custody battle in which I won, though it wasn't easy and it took a lot of time and resources. PM me any questions you have and I'll do my best to answer them! | /r/MensRights | 20/10/13 12:26 AM

63yo man denied entry to Legoland, because he didn't have a child. Legoland says:"to protect the families and children that visit"Its almost like a museum. Its not a huge thing, in fact most department stores could fit a coupIe of these Discovery Centers inside their building. It is actually inside a mall. (Trying to convey an idea of size) I took my 4 year old son to the LDC in Schaumburg, IL last winter. He had a lot of fun. There is a jungle room, a small dragon ride, a playground and a 4D movie theater. It was neat but it is over priced and definitely aimed at a tots-sized audience. | /r/MensRights | 10/07/13 05:59 PM

Mom abandons kids for 11 years. No child support to the father. "Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside.I was being sarcastic. This woman signifies the epitome of scumbag parents. If the insurance company ever comes after that money she should have to pay it. She should also pay him for hardship because raising a child on your own sucks. | /r/MensRights | 03/05/13 04:51 PM
Mom abandons kids for 11 years. No child support to the father. "Nothing illegal" Link to the story inside.I don't see what the problem is. A father was forced to do parenting for once. Screw you for not accepting she needed time to explore who she was. Why don't you just chain women in the kitchen and go back to the 50's you mysoginist! /s | /r/MensRights | 03/05/13 12:18 AM

Long Beach school district suing [false rape] accuser of Brian Banks""It would almost seem there was original lack of investigation by everyone," said Bill Shibley, a Long Beach attorney." | 6 | Man found dead in burning car, wife is charged with murder. Man reported having at one point been staying in shelter with their children. So, I just wanted to share my experience. In 2009 I was beaten pretty bad by my sons mom. She also threatened to kill my son. I immediately grabbed my boy and called the police. They came and said we were both at fault so either we both go to jail or neither of us do. I got in my car and drove straight to the centers for prevention of abuse. They told me we couldn't stay because they were full. Another woman at the desk goes oh there's a room open here because so and so left. The woman I was tal… | /r/MensRights | 03/04/13 01:58 AM
Double StandardsI pondered this for a bit, and I feel if that were the situation, things may actually improve as far as resources being used is concerned. Less oil because no planes need to fly any more, except maybe for logistics purposes, nor do we need long range military weaponry or ships. Public transportation would replace billions of cars. Texas doesn't get super cold so less heat would be used and geothermal and sustainable methods could replace cooling. | /r/MensRights | 05/02/13 04:13 PM

Currently listening to my long distance boyfriend being threatened by an insane woman in his house. Police say he cannot do anything to remove her.I went through this in Illinois. It's a simple as serving her a notice of eviction. Tell him he can even backdate it since it is to his residence. Call the sheriff and tell them to serve the eviction. | /r/MensRights | 21/12/12 02:24 PM
You're an $80k/yr. web designer because we say so!You could try to prove her unfit as a parent. My son's mom was neglectful and was proven unfit and I eventually was able to get full custody. Funny thing though, the state still docks my check for child support even after the order was reversed. Funny world we live in. | /r/MensRights | 08/12/12 08:22 PM
You're an $80k/yr. web designer because we say so!It'd be just as impossible to find out if child support through courts is being spent on the child. | /r/MensRights | 08/12/12 08:14 PM
It's shit like this...I believe this girl should be given the original sentence brought upon her father. She should have to serve the full time in prison. Once she is out, she should have to register as a sex offender. Let her future be ruined for this. | /r/MensRights | 23/11/12 05:10 PM
Looking through some old paperwork, my wife and I found this old DV pamphlet from a local Coalition against Household Violence. "Most generally," I hate this.I was struck by my son's mother after she threatened to kill my son, I began to forcibly remove her from the property until the police got there. She got arrested, I pressed charges instead of letting the police do it. Two days later I got a letter from the State's Attorney's office. It said, "We are sorry to hear that your husband/boyfriend has abused you. Spousal abuse is not left alone in Tazewell County. We are here for you... [blah blah blah]". I'll try to dig it up and get a pic of it. | /r/MensRights | 09/09/12 02:57 AM
