He said he would hit her back and says its normal. She repeats it in cursive with question marks and then tries his ass anyway. At least that's what I understood

Eh I would say that's prolly going too far. He conducted himself equally to her, a slap for a slap and a push for a push. As it stands he has a very viable defense. If he kicks the shit out of her it turns into a battery case regardless of who started it because he's gone past the point of self defense. Especially when there's a camera or two pointed right at you

My German isn't perfect but I'm pretty sure she's asking him if he hits girls back and he says yeah it's normal. Then she hits him. LIKE BITCH WHAT

Yeah but I was refuting the point where you say that there is a correlation between success and IQ score. Correlation does not equal causation, and a causal claim cannot be made from an observational study, and that's assuming the study is up to date (which it isn't) I don't know enough about the topic to debate about countries taking high IQ scoring children from poverty, I'm not arguing with you there. I was just talking about how statistically speaking the assumption that people with a higher…

The study is quite old and socioeconomic factors have changed significantly since then. It investigates young baby boomers and their ability to create their own wealth based on their IQ. Nowadays I'd think that even due to things like college being much less accessible to people born into poor families than people born into rich families, despite their IQ, would significantly alter the findings. Cost of living has risen while wages have stayed the same. It costs money to be poor, a tooth ache th…

IQ tests can only cover very specific things. A generally well rounded person, socially and studiously capable, is often far more successful than those who are only insanely studiously capable but fail to operate at all socially. Despite this, the second person is likely to test higher than then former, and that doesn't make them more intelligent either.

There is correlation between competence and IQ, and a lesser correlation between success and IQ, but the Soviet Union is hardly an ideal example.

You literally cannot charge a cop like that. They don't know if you have a knife, if you're going to hit them, if you're going for their gun or what. If they're on duty they need to make sure they're safe from dangers at all times because people typically target police officers for acts of violence, despite them just being ordinary people enforcing the law. While it seems over the top at first glance, engaging a police officer on duty like this is gonna get you sat down.
