3	Came across this, tho k it may hold relevance here. Yup, mandatory tv licence fee if £12.50 per month. Regardless of if you watch bbc channels programs etc. The bbc expect the money if you have a tv, even if you have iPads, iPhones, Xbox ps etc etc they want the license money because of the bbc iPlayer app. It’s a civil demand not a law. But they will harass you and send people round all the time and bring police if you don’t pay.
