How to help a partner with work burnout? My SO is in the same situation. I make sure that I come across as satisfied, in control, and calm - because he worries about me a lot and I don’t want to add to his stress. I also make sure he gets three meals a day and tidy up every day. There’s nothing he needs to worry about at home or in relation to me. | /r/RedPillWomen | 11/08/21 10:44 AM
Symbiosis in ActionIt seems she’s been banned / her comments removed. Snaps for the mods. Although I should’ve been a bit more gracious. | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/08/21 10:20 PM
Symbiosis in ActionCan you read tho or are you just bitter? | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/08/21 04:49 PM
Symbiosis in ActionI hope I enable him too. One of the things his mother told me she loves about me is that I’m so supportive of his ambitions. I guess I feel lucky because I don’t actually have specific ambitions and I don’t want them. I want a good life. And I get that with him. | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/08/21 08:06 AM
Men are overly criticized in society compared to womenNo. My SO hates women who throw themselves at him. Before me, he hooked up with one and he still feels uncomfortable with himself because he stooped down that way. I know this because he occasionally has to work with her and it irritates me at a superficial level, so I’ll call her his ex and he gets upset but can’t say anything because well I’m the one that has to deal with him working with her. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/06/21 07:01 AM

| -4 | Men develop theories and rules about women’s behavior because that’s the way men understand social situations.LOL it thrills me to know that, while I don’t know all the women that don’t and would never want you, you do. And you have to live with that. So, the angrier you get, the more amused I am. I may be wrong, of course, but there’s no way of knowing. PS I love your downvotes x bye | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/06/21 08:46 AM |
| -4 | Men develop theories and rules about women’s behavior because that’s the way men understand social situations. You haven’t heard of asexuality? Also I can guarantee I wouldn’t sleep with you, specifically. But how would your sex theory account for the difference between me and someone desperate enough to do it? Desperation also goes away, so that person might even wake up and move on to a HVM. Who knows. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/06/21 08:34 AM |

Men develop theories and rules about women’s behavior because that’s the way men understand social situations.People aren’t robots though. X input doesn’t always give Y result and there’s no genuine predictability. A lot of men on Reddit seem to struggle to grasp that (like those who get upset when their Nice Guy routine doesn’t result in sex). | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/06/21 06:20 AM
I think it’s time for me to walk away and I am falling apart. I don’t want to. I’m hoping you have some words of wisdom or kindness.I appreciate you making me feel like I’m not crazy. Funnily enough, the weed doesn’t really bother me. I smoke it as well and it’s legal to smoke it in my country. What does concern me is that he is using it to self-medicate as a result of his stress and that using it so much more than usual recently has turned him into a zombie. I have spoken to him about what I think is his depression (he says he’s not sad and he’s right, he has another form of it). And I get the headspace he’s in a little, as… | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/05/21 10:14 AM
Where do you draw the line between girlfriend and wife duties? He was generous in those ways but money isn’t everything. I was just using that as an example as it’s my own experience. I’m now settled down with the most amazing man. We share chores and expenses, but it’s not 50/50 and he’s the financial backbone, whereas I cook, tidy up as much as I can, and try to make sure that he is well-served. | /r/RedPillWomen | 11/04/21 06:10 PM
Have you ever left a relationship with a good man because there are things that were lacking? If so, can you talk to me about the experience? I’ll also describe my story in the body and if I could have your views, I’d be grateful.Actually almost all the guys I slept with but one wanted an LTR with me. And, even if they didn’t, I had fun and didn’t want to be in relationships with them. He also 100% doesn’t have to work to get laid, before we announced we were together on social media, I saw the DMs he got. Maybe we’re just from a different kind of society? Over all that, he’s been with women with higher N counts than me as well and it never bothered him before. His admission. | -1 | Have you ever left a relationship with a good man because there are things that were lacking? If so, can you talk to me about the experience? I’ll also describe my story in the body and if I could have your views, I’d be grateful.Part of the reason it enrages me so much is because I find it hypocritical. His n count is high AND all his friends have a very similar approach to sex. I think the issue is the usual - women are portrayed in a particular way and so idk yea. I’m sure you know what I mean. | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/04/21 12:38 PM
Learning to cook - tips?My mum doesn’t really cook at all so I had to teach myself too. Start with a few basic things and work your way up. Maybe a roast or chicken pot pie , pasta or curry. | 13 | When to say I love youMy SO told me he loved me after about 3 weeks of us being officially together. We’d hooked up maybe a week before that. I told him he didn’t know me well enough to love me but he’d decided already by then and that was that. Say it. If it scares him away, then he’s not ready to be loved. | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/04/21 07:48 AM
I’m tired of my stressed SO. I know he loves me but things came to a head yesterday. And the quality of the relationship is deteriorating. Help. There’s no financial burden (fortunately). He’s got a few million in our currency in savings, plus USD and GBP investments. Each of us owns a property individually, plus we are buying an investment prop together. I am a lawyer. It’s just drive. Which I obviously don’t understand because I’m satisfied with our financial situation and think us quite fortunate. But I knew he was ambitious when I met him and has certain goals and I signed up for that kind of commitment to his work. Would be nice if … | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/04/21 06:29 AM
I’m tired of my stressed SO. I know he loves me but things came to a head yesterday. And the quality of the relationship is deteriorating. Help.I think part of the reason I’m being so indulgent is because I am also usually the snappy, even in my current relationship. I’ve only gotten better at it through conscious effort. I don’t actually want the relationship to deteriorate but I also don’t really know how to find my chill here. Sigh. Hopefully someone else has the answer. | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/04/21 11:46 AM
I’m tired of my stressed SO. I know he loves me but things came to a head yesterday. And the quality of the relationship is deteriorating. Help.Unfortunately, it’s not moods. It’s snappiness. I don’t know if that makes sense? So we’ll be having a perfectly normal conversation, and something will trigger him, and he’ll snap. Like his tone will become sharper or he’ll sound annoyed at me. It would be easier if it was a thing of him being in patches of bad moods. But this is just prolonged stress resulting in him snapping at me on occasion and me being fed up by it and starting to switch off (in a cold way). | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/04/21 10:52 AM
I’m tired of my stressed SO. I know he loves me but things came to a head yesterday. And the quality of the relationship is deteriorating. Help. That’s pretty much where my head is at. For my sanity though, more than his. I’m trying to figure out how to do this without being cold and disconnected. Any ideas? | 21 | My bf doesn’t defend me and it makes me feel insecureWith an alcoholic mother, distant father, and overall toxic family, it is entirely possible you will struggle to have your safety and safety needs met. At least, until you’ve addressed that issue. When you write about your boyfriend here, it sounds like his reactions are mature and also intelligent. The guys that pick fights about cutting lines and stolen parking spaces have some anger issues. | 3 | Where do you draw the line between girlfriend and wife duties? My ex was an investment banker. He paid for everything. I’d stay with him every so often, at most for about 2 weeks at a time, and when I did chores he told me that I wasn’t a maid and I should just relax. I never cooked. But we had a maid and ate take out every day. It was great for the 1.5 or so years we were together. We didn’t work out and I’m glad, he wasn’t the one. But I’ve been in your shoes basically. | 3 | How to talk about sex: a very simplified version.I don’t think I need to up my libido. It’s voracious most of the time. But I know ashwagandha is used to help with stress and anxiety so I can see how it relates. I do kegels. Like super strong vaginal wall muscles benwa balls are nothing vibes. But for fun, since I was 10. In a way it feels good so I’ll look at that too. And ofc I’ll look into pompoir. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/03/21 08:42 PM

How to talk about sex: a very simplified version.Well there’s a good one! I hate masturbating. I get bored. I masturbated a bit in high school but I prefer to use a toy. I still don’t orgasm much with the toy because I get distracted. I get mini orgasms but not the big explosion. So masturbating is probably a good place to start for me. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/03/21 08:38 PM
Red Pilled Women don't want to be with red pilled men, which is a misconception I see people making on other subs. Difference between a HVM and a RP man.Yes the TRP men are embarrassing to see. | 1 | How to talk about sex: a very simplified version.100%. What works for you probably won’t work for me and the next person and so on. The trick in him know what works for you is you knowing what works for you. That’s where I’m stuck now. Well, I lie. I know certain things that work for me. And work really well. But orgasms are elusive. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/03/21 06:13 PM

How to talk about sex: a very simplified version. This is why I’m so keen on finally exploring these aspects of myself. I am sure your partner wants to please you, but a lot of women (thinking me here) don’t know what I want. With a man, it’s easy, on your knees for one to five minutes, depending on how you feel like playing it, and boom - orgasm. Yes, they should return the favour even if it takes longer. But we need to guide them imo because it’s not as easy with us. So I’ve been where you are and my solution is to figure out what turns me on… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/03/21 04:57 PM

If the redpill is so wrong, why do all the women here seem so much happier? Take a look at any relationship sub. It is disastrous. This is the only sub I see with at least decently happy women.I feel like this sub helps me be better. I see other posts and comments and it highlights things for me and how my approach is wrong. For example, I am extremely spoiled by my family in that I never had to lift a finger or do anything. I am so entitled that it’s actually appalling. My SO bends over backwards to accommodate me and I only see the shortcomings. So many Me issues I need to fix before I start looking at the He issues. He’s not perfect but you know what? I’m not red pilled (just because I’ve seen RP men on Reddit and I don’t think I could ever serve that), but I do want to serve my SO, who is a captain of note. | 1 | What is it like to be a first mate, and how did you settle into the role?ENTP has always been my fave type. When he first did the test, he tested ENFP and I was so disappointed 😂😂😂 | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/03/21 06:37 PM
What is it like to be a first mate, and how did you settle into the role?Thank you. I just got an email from the bank about how they’re going to give me a call about setting up my spouse account. I sometimes have to pinch myself because it doesn’t feel real. He makes me want to be so much better because he is so good to me! He’s not perfect but god if he’s not the closest thing I’ve found to it in my 30 years on earth... Anyway! He’s extroverted. If you’re into personality testing, he’s an ENTP, 8w7. I’m an ESTP, 7w8. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/03/21 10:30 AM
How do you ladies feel about men who preach or support feminism?Yea I think the point is that everyone should be doing what makes them happy. For some people, it’s very traditional roles and that’s okay. I think the issue is that, for example in the Middle East, women aren’t given a choice. They’re forced to be housewives when they don’t want to be. And that’s the sad bit and what I see feminism as fighting against. Basically, men and women should have the same choices and opportunities, and some will be traditional and some won’t and some will be a mix but … | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/03/21 08:59 AM
What is it like to be a first mate, and how did you settle into the role? This is true. My SO does the laundry as I hate it (we have a washing machine but still). He also tends to our 50 (literally) or so houseplants. And sometimes he’ll be in the mood and will dust and polish and tidy (even though we have a maid). I think you’ve got to find your fit. I wouldn’t want to be with someone who’s super rigid like me man you woman me hunt you cook but I definitely need someone who’s predominantly and traditionally masculine. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/03/21 06:40 AM
What is it like to be a first mate, and how did you settle into the role? No, there weren’t. He took me by surprise. We met via Tinder. I don’t talk to a lot of guys at once and I swiped on him and slowly got to know him for a few weeks before meeting. He was very busy and work-oriented. After that, I didn’t treat him very well. I’m surprised he stuck around. I felt very entitled to anyone I wanted and I felt it was their job to convince me to stick around even if I acted bratty (deliberately). | 3 | What is it like to be a first mate, and how did you settle into the role?True story, but I’ve always wanted that. My mum had it with my dad too. I know a lot of women who think they want that but never relinquish control. I found a man who elevates me, doing things I hate doing (finances, big decisions, etc) and whom I elevate by doing things he doesn’t do (cooking, making sure he takes care of himself, ensuring we don’t miss any birthdays and deadlines and so on). My tasks are probably considered more menial and so some women will feel bad for me. But I’m doing what… | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/03/21 08:13 PM

What is it like to be a first mate, and how did you settle into the role?Firstly, identify whether it is actually a goal for you to be with someone in charge. I am a lawyer, I am independent, even a feminist (down with double standards!) - but I have never wanted to wear the pants in my relationship. Because I am strong and bring a lot to the table (the standard “I don’t need a man” trope), taking the first mate role isn’t something I’d done up until I met my SO. | 2 | Not feeling validated by my manMy SO started off with lots of words of affirmation but now he’s resorted to acts of service. And I mean a lot. I also wish he would say the things he used to say when we first got together but I don’t think that’s him. He comes from a home where compliments aren’t given out like crazy and it’s not his style. | 8 | Where did you find your partner? My SO and I met on Tinder and we’re so happy. I have a theory that the proliferation of dating apps means that guys are less likely to approach you in public. I think Enneagram is complex, taking into account levels of health of each type, wings, an integration and disintegration. There are so many layers and people just stop at their number so they get an incomplete picture. | 1 | Advice: get the HPV vaccineDo you think I should add this disclaimer to the post? I had no idea it could do stuff like this and that’s awful. I have an autoimmune disease and was vaccinated as a baby against the full spectrum of things. Plus rubella and possibly HPV when I was 12. And then a just in case HPV vax when I was 18. No regrets obviously but also no bad experiences. | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/03/21 08:33 AM
Advice: get the HPV vaccineYes I agree re choice. I personally really don’t want HPV, and no one I know, including me, has had a bad reaction to the vaccine. Even if they did, I’d probably still take it if I thought vaccine sick was less problematic than an STD / cervical cancer. | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/03/21 07:30 AM

Advice: get the HPV vaccineWell yes. You said you did the research so you already know where to look. I’ve done a google search and found nothing as emphatic as you put it and my doctors and obviously other people’s teams who’ve made the vaccine mandatory disagree. I think if you’re going to make the kind of statement you have, then why not just post the link? It can’t be that hard. Edit: not going to de facto assume you’re an anti-Vaxxer of course, hence the enquiry. | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/03/21 04:19 PM

Advice: get the HPV vaccineI had a whole meltdown about how much I have to put my body through just to be on birth control and men are like eh condoms don’t feel good. My SO was initially in that category of men but, after I broke it down for him, he changed his tune and will happily wrap up. What’s crazy is that it didn’t even occur to him what I was going through. Men’s educations are defective and it’s sad because we end up shouldering everything. | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/03/21 03:40 PM

Advice: get the HPV vaccineI’m sorry you had to go through that and for sure people should make the decision for themselves. For me, given the prevalence of HPV and how easy it is to get it, and the fact that I really, really don’t want any kind of STD, plus yes cervical cancer and who knows what else that they haven’t discovered yet, I’d take being sick for a week. I know not everyone feels that way though and it’s okay. | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/03/21 01:29 PM
Advice: get the HPV vaccineI think I might have had it at school, for free, also when I was 12. Along with the rubella vaccine. But I couldn’t remember and my mum insisted and obviously paid. | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/03/21 09:42 AM
Advice: get the HPV vaccineI love the timing ♡ I would definitely vaccinate my child (boy or girl) if allowed. I’m not sure what the rules are. I got the vaccine when I turned 18 and it blows my mind how few people I know have been vaccinated. Some people don’t know about the vaccine. | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/03/21 08:14 AM
Advice: get the HPV vaccineYes oops I should’ve highlighted that. I think about the cancer less, because of the stats (ie 4/5 sexually adults have it, but very few get cancer). My brain doesn’t go “HPV - I might get cancer”, it goes “HPV - I have an STD!!” But you’re right. My priorities are a bit warped and I’ll own that x_x | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/03/21 08:11 AM
I’m defeated. I’m at the end of my rope. I don’t feel the love and I haven’t felt it for quite some time.May I ask? What are both your lives like independent of the relationship? | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/03/21 07:19 AM
Best way to let your (F23) male 'friend' (who's attracted to you) make a move?My advice is to, if you feel things are slow, remind him of the crush you had on him. Then say that you think it would’ve at least been fun. And play it from that point. PS been in a very similar place. | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/03/21 07:15 AM
Encouraging boyfriends masculinity18 isn’t fine lol. You want to be over 18.5 and, even if you’re at 18.5, you’re still in the bottom percentile of normal. BMI isn’t perfect and there’s no problem being underweight, but, if you love someone and these are your stats, it’s certainly worth considering whether it’s your thinking that’s the problem before dragging them. But that’s just me. | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/03/21 09:55 AM
Encouraging boyfriends masculinityBefore speaking to him, assess whether you have BDD or an ED. Your BMI reads as underweight and you still feel insecure. It would just be a crying shame if you drag this guy through that journey without examining how your insecurities are the issue, not his body. Edit: no judgment, I have an ED. It’s pretty mild but it’s there and sometimes we blunder. | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/03/21 08:40 AM
I think a new friend may have stolen from me tonight. Not sure how to proceed gracefully. I really want my earring back.En suite. But weird if you only have one bathroom at home. | /r/RedPillWomen | 04/03/21 12:58 PM
I think a new friend may have stolen from me tonight. Not sure how to proceed gracefully. I really want my earring back. The first thing is not to invite people you don’t know well into your bedroom. And by well I’m talking about people you know and trust implicitly, people who’ve earned that trust, either over time or through clear action. The next is to hunt high and low for the stud. I’ve got a story about my friend’s Cartier bracelet and my diamond pendant and how we are always so careful with it and thought our respective maids stole it - until we found it. I’m not saying this happened to you, but sometimes w… | /r/RedPillWomen | 04/03/21 07:55 AM
Am I being way too understanding or can someone’s past be forgiven?People change. But there’s no way of knowing if he has right now. Time will tell and you just have to decide if you think it’s worth giving him a shot. I don’t know you but if your best friend is protective, it may be because you’ve given people too much credit. Or maybe she’s naturally cynical and cares. Think about how often she’s been right versus wrong and if she’s usually wrong, then yes a pinch of salt. If not, pay attention. I am usually supportive of all my friends and their relationship… | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/03/21 09:17 AM
Mindset is everything: a story about how I’ve been better (it’s long and windy but I’m happy with myself so I’m just sharing and hope no one minds)My issue has always been communication. Instead of saying “x happened and I felt y”, I just silently wait for him to realise what he did wrong and then resent him when he doesn’t. That’s because part of me feels like he should just know these things. But he doesn’t. His mind works very differently to mine. We had a second conversation about his friend and he just genuinely didn’t realise how I felt. He saw it all as good-natured ribbing. My growth point was talking to him about it because I stru… | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/02/21 02:48 PM
Mindset is everything: a story about how I’ve been better (it’s long and windy but I’m happy with myself so I’m just sharing and hope no one minds)Nothing. I wanted you to say nothing. I was literally just sharing. It says so in the title. | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/02/21 12:48 PM
Mindset is everything: a story about how I’ve been better (it’s long and windy but I’m happy with myself so I’m just sharing and hope no one minds)The honest to goodness truth is that there was no hard and fast plan and it could well have been a crazy one and I wouldn’t have minded. I only mind if it’s this guy with us. Anyway, we spoke about it last night, he said he didn’t give it a second thought when it happened because that wasn’t his plan and so what if his friend said otherwise. I saw it as presumptuous but I also know I saw it that way partly because I am so over this guy that even the way he breathes annoys me right now. I do agre… | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/02/21 07:32 AM
| -1 | Mindset is everything: a story about how I’ve been better (it’s long and windy but I’m happy with myself so I’m just sharing and hope no one minds)I get this. There’s honestly just so much background here and I really didn’t want to make the point of my post. I wish I didn’t post it because I wasn’t looking for unsolicited advice. If I was looking for advice, I’d have posted the entire context of my relationship and asked for it. I was just excited because I’m working with my therapist and it’s clearly helping. I guess I can’t celebrate in a silo, but I wish I could. | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/02/21 07:09 AM |
| -1 | Mindset is everything: a story about how I’ve been better (it’s long and windy but I’m happy with myself so I’m just sharing and hope no one minds)I didn’t read this whole comment because that wasn’t the point of my post. I’m not out here trying to rag on him because I don’t think I need to as I’ve spoken to him about it and he only understood why I was upset post facto. I know I’m more sensitive to these things than he is and that’s just how it’ll be forever and a day and I’m not fussed that he’s not aware of the nuances. I can handle it and I can tell him about it if I need his support and he’ll be there. Re party, it was always his plan… | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/02/21 07:01 AM |
| -3 | Mindset is everything: a story about how I’ve been better (it’s long and windy but I’m happy with myself so I’m just sharing and hope no one minds)Brother nearly drowned and was in a coma after that so he need a place to stay on short notice. He’s a friend of 30 or so years and I still wouldn’t go back and say no as annoying as he is. I don’t actually expect my boyfriend to give him a hard time either while his brother is ill. He’s out of a coma and so on now. | /r/RedPillWomen | 27/02/21 01:05 PM |
I’m feeling really upset about birth control and I don’t know how to deal with it.Thank you ♡ we have our issues (mostly as individuals that seep into our relationship) but we got this :D Thanks again for all your feedback. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/21 09:22 AM
I’m feeling really upset about birth control and I don’t know how to deal with it.Thank you. I didn’t find your comment judgmental, just clear. It made sense. I’m also surprised at the pull out recommendations. If you’re using that method, you’d better be ready for an oopsie. While my SO and I have previously spoken about it, and superficially agreed it would be okay, neither of us gave it proper thought at the time. If we go with that one, it’s going to be after a very serious conversation. Right now, our conversations are about which friends we’re saying on Friday, which hi… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/21 08:31 AM
I’m feeling really upset about birth control and I don’t know how to deal with it.We have. I was fully panicked by the end and he saw it. I realised that he didn’t properly understand all the permutations of hormonal birth control and he’s assured me that he’ll support whatever decision I make. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/21 08:09 AM
I’m feeling really upset about birth control and I don’t know how to deal with it.I agree. The pull out method isn’t effective unless you’re prepared to risk pregnancy. It’s not necessarily that we would freak out if I was pregnant, it’s that neither of us wants one right now so ideally we should figure something out ASAP. Our marriage is Muslim only because of my mum’s beliefs, that we’ve both indulged. His family is Anglo-Saxon Christian and he’s agnostic. I’m agnostic / atheist, depending on how confused I am. | 1 | I’m feeling really upset about birth control and I don’t know how to deal with it.I agree. I had a conversation with after reading some responses here and he was very receptive. I think part of the problem is that women always shoulder these burdens as though it’s a no brainer. My SO didn’t properly understand the consequences - but his primary concern is my health. He made that clear. I do think he was much too blasé about it the first time. He didn’t apply his mind properly and figured sticking with the status quo (provided my fertility wasn’t affected) would be fine. He ge… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/21 08:01 AM

I’m feeling really upset about birth control and I don’t know how to deal with it.Lots to unpack here... First one. Neither of us wants children right now. We’re enjoying each other’s company and biological children aren’t an overwhelming priority for us. We love going on adventures and having no responsibilities and effectively being each other’s partner in crime. We also plan on having two kids eventually, at least one of whom will be adopted. The idea of sacrificing the pure joy we’re experiencing and want to experience now because there may be a fertility issue a little l… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/21 07:58 AM

I’m really heavy and need to figure out how to lose weight as quickly as possible. Tips?I’m not going to downvote you. You spoke with kindness, without judgment, and from a good place. Thank you. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/02/21 07:50 PM
I’m really heavy and need to figure out how to lose weight as quickly as possible. Tips?Interestingly enough, if you ask Siri to convert kg to lbs, it’s super quick. For clarity, I’m 5’3.5 and about 125lbs. In the US, I’d be a size 2 (my size is a UK6). I like the couple’s training idea a lot (others are great too ofc) - instead of a PT, I’m going to get into hiking more. It’s quite challenging. But I also guess I should work out way more. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/02/21 11:47 AM
I’m really heavy and need to figure out how to lose weight as quickly as possible. Tips?Definitely should work out more x | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/02/21 11:44 AM
I’m really heavy and need to figure out how to lose weight as quickly as possible. Tips? This is really interesting. I will look this up because I certainly don’t eat much by any stretch. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/02/21 11:43 AM
I’m really heavy and need to figure out how to lose weight as quickly as possible. Tips?I’m not overeating actually. I gain weight when stressed, even though I don’t change my eating patterns. Otherwise, I’m at a healthy weight but I’d like to lose some and be at a lower heathy weight. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/02/21 11:43 AM
I’m really heavy and need to figure out how to lose weight as quickly as possible. Tips?I have my therapist on board working with it. My weight is normal (mid-range on the BMI) and I prefer the lower end of that scale. I want to lose 7kg (about 15lbs) to get to where I would like to be but I definitely I felt have some disordered thinking and I’m aware of that. Hence choosing not to go down that path. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/02/21 11:42 AM
My husband is wonderful, but I’m having a hard time seeing past my flaws and being the happy wife he deservesThe immobilisation feeling is often times depression. Once that’s sorted, things just click into place, speaking from my own experience. In my case, it took 4 great weekly sessions with my therapist for a month and a few weeks of meds, and I’m a whole new person. Cant recommend seeing a therapist enough. (I will now only go twice a month but will stay on my meds for a bit.) | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/02/21 10:25 AM
I’m really heavy and need to figure out how to lose weight as quickly as possible. Tips?I’ve still got to reply to comments but as a woman in recovery you’ll know exactly why I’m here. Quick fix. Health be damned. I spoke to my therapist about it this AM though. I can afford to lose weight though I don’t need to and yea obviously her advice is the same as yours. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/02/21 07:08 AM
How do I get along with people at work?Be genuinely interested and sincere. Don’t try to befriend everyone. Start small with hellos and work that up - so say hello 3x to someone then ask a curious question but nothing deep. Then back to a hello and oscillate between that and small talk until you have established a relationship. | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/02/21 08:15 PM
Why should we neglect 'Pseudo Body Positivity' culture set by people. When I want to trigger myself skinny, I find the kinds of posts you’re talking about. I’m not anyone’s problem but I hope it stops because only health should be prioritised above all when it comes to our bodies. | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/02/21 08:05 PM
Why should we neglect 'Pseudo Body Positivity' culture set by people. As someone who oscillates between underweight and lower end of healthy BMI because I think anything bigger than a US2 is fat, I think this applies both ways. The drive to be skinny is more psychologically damage than obesity. And we don’t even think it’s a problem. | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/02/21 01:59 PM
26F Virgin- any good dating advice? There’s a lot here but I will just touch on something I know about: mental health issues. I used to be pretty solid until about 18 months ago. I worked in a toxic environment. It reduced my confidence to rubble. I was so stressed out that my autoimmune disease flared up horribly (first time like this) and I was in hospital for a month, and needed surgery. As a result of this, I am now a mental case too ♡ Jokes, I just have some depression that I needed help with. To get over my issues, I started… | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/02/21 12:43 PM
