This is honestly more logical than the excuse for cardi b. She roofied men because they’ll screw pretty much anything alive? ... then why would she need to drug them? If men always want sex with anything and everything, then drugs wouldn’t need to be involved. If men are always so eager, why the roofies? I don’t want to be right, believe me. I’m really vocal about this stuff, I know three men who have been falsely accused, one of them twice. It’s absolutely insane and it makes me so angry when women (feminists) say “it’s rare”. How the hell do I know three men who have been through it? The only religion is that it was brought to the USA by quakers such as Kellogg, who wanted everyone to stop eating meat and to basically live crappy starving lives with no sex. Old Talmudic circumcision was dredged up in the Victorian age because of how puritanical they were and was imported willingly by the puritans in the USA. It’s anathema and excommunication for a catholic to circumcise their children and considered a denial of Christ and his death on the cross. (Council of Florence).

That is NOT how the law works. In that case, you could say that about absolutely every crime. The second someone is accused, why have a court date? By doing that, you’ve made the assumption that the accuser or the supposed victim, is a liar. There’s a reason why even blatantly guilty people have to be referred to as “alleged”, before the court rules. Everyone has a presumption of innocence. The whole #metoo belittled actual victims. Male victims who came forward were likely extreme cases, men don’t often come forward. Women always do, even when nothing happened. I think you need to look into these things a little deeper. As for the Toronto police, it’s policy.

Apples and oranges. People can’t read your mind so they’d have no idea that you’re a pedophile. And using that is simply to garner emotional reactions. All crimes that don’t happen are legal. Because no crime was committed. Even here in Canada we can’t be jailed for “crimes” we think but never speak, write or do. I personally know of two men wrongfully accused of rape. I’m not the only one who knows men wrongfully accused. Plus shooting her dog is a crime he would be charged and jailed for. Harshly likely. If she accuses him of rape and he is found not guilty (about a 50/50 chance), she gets no punishment and his life is still destroyed.

Nothing to do with sympathy. Everything to do with the law. He did his time. No one should be punished repeatedly for the same crime. That’s why we have courts and jails. Double jeopardy. We have laws. If he commits another crime, charge him for that and lock him up. But bringing up a crime he was already charged and punished for is wrong. That’s not how the law works.

At least in the USA they only check 5-10 years back in a record. In Canada they check the entire record, and sometimes can even pull up charges that were cleared or no conviction resulted from (or non guilt was declared), which is obviously prejudicial.
