Is she annoying? Yes. But she did nothing illegal. As the cop explained.

Would it be a lawful order? Sure. But if this is Basic or Boot, I don't see how this is training the Females unless they are on a light duty profile.

Because its train for packing your equipment, and testing yourself and setting the expectation of carrying your own load out on marches for overnight camps or patrols.

I you are in a combat zone, and you cant be expected to carry your own fucking pack and equipment, then you are not capable of serving. Period. You must be able to pull your own weight, and more at times when others are injured. This is the military. Everything should be standardized and criticized on combat effectiveness. If they are on temporary Profiles, then we can understand. When I was in I saw my fair share of people not being able to carry their own load getting babied around. I did not …

Not legal, but it wouldn't surprise me if the laws were not followed since some Muslims can be extreme, even outside of the Middle East

In the Muslim community, shame could easily translate to death by stoning...

As terrible as it sounds, an old saying comes into play. "Better a thousand guilty men go free, then one innocent man be imprisoned."

And what about the men, did they also get a pay raise regardless of reviews and performance?

I was listening to a bit on NPR about the recent overuse of deadly force and about the increased issue and use of Tasers in Chicago. A good point was made that a Taser will not do much unless the officers are retrained. Tasers are often used in situations of non-compliance. Even if the officer is asking someone to be quiet, they will pull it out and possibly deploy it when a person is doing nothing illegal. At this point, it can often escalate a situation where the person reacts to the threat in…

Went to Ft. Jackson in '07. Can confirm that females expect, and get, special treatment. The amount of time I spent doing PT for the females fucking up or trying to be cute is obnoxious. 2 out of the 50 females in my company earned my respect. They worked hard and never gave up.

I am pretty sure the Articles of Confederation were suspended once the U.S. Constitution was instated.

If it was America(except for the commie NY and Cali), as soon as the bottle came out, coupled with her already present hostility and mental state, use of deadly force would be acceptable.

I did say she shouldn't have done that.

While she shouldn't have done that, do you have to be black to be a NAACP leader?

Wrong. I have nothing illegal in my car(that I know of). I don't do drugs, don't carry illegal firearms or anything. And Yet i would refuse, up to the point of me getting arrested(falsely), to be searched.

Nervousness can not be used as probably cause. There were cases where an officer pulled over someone for driving properly at the speed limit, with hands at 10 and 2. He had drugs, but it was thrown out because that is not a reason to stop someone. So someone acting normal is not probably cause. And driving up to a Border patrol checkpoint where people have guns and being nervous is normal.

District attorney presses charges. Not individual citizens. The DA will decide to or to not press charges based on avaliable evidence, avaliable witnesses, and unfortunately politics. An DA can easily press charges on a spouse abuser without the spouses testimony or cooperation if there is enough evidence to prosecute without their cooperation.
