Last paragraph sums up my own opinion on the matter. It's like when people try to say that white people can't be discriminated against because white people hold all the power I had a white female boss from scottland who said to me white men don't suffer I had to explain to her that my mother is afro latino. Just like white people can be racist against white people men can be sexist against other men.

you know I've been dealing with something similar lately there was a video of a dominican dancing to dembow and her mother pulling her hair posted in a boriquen group and alot of the boricuas were saying that the woman wasn't a boricua but a dominican and some random african american from Pensacola said "why because she has afro features" literally calling boricuas racist for pointing out the fact that the family in the video was dominican and not boriquen.

the reason you can probably be charged is because you live in a duty to retreat state which means if someone attacks you you have a duty to retreat you can only defend yourself if you could not retreat. We have that here in maryland and it's stupid.
