They are felony charges but no convictions. They are in advisement right now so that means the judge has till the 23rd of june to drop them, thats how it was explained to me. And i live in a small liberal town, it made state news. Odds are, if you live in MN you probably heard of it. Some news articles even said i plead guilty (which i didnt otherwise id be in jail)
