By mandatory, I meant if they chose not to do it, for example, they’d be fully responsible for their secondary education rather than having it publicly provided. Not that they’d be fined or charged with a crime.

There shouldn’t be a draft at all. Perhaps mandatory civil service after high school, in any federal/state employed role, would bring a better outcome for everyone. Those who want to enlist, could, and everyone else able to work would serve their countrymen at home while gaining experience in essentially any industry.

Could you define blonde fatigue a bit more specifically? I searched a couple places and the only results are overwhelmingly about hair bleaching. Is it people who are tired of the behavior you’re describing by blondes or the perceived value placed on them, is I guess what I’m asking.

I would speculate that abusers by nature are manipulative and seek targets/victims with traits other than toxicity or low intelligence that make them susceptible to such manipulation and as a result, abuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 06:19 PM

I’m getting the idea my point as to why examples of healthy relationships aren’t always helpful nor are victims usually “clueless” of how abuse looks is being lost somehow due to this rapist(s?) finding romantic partners. Most abusive partners aren’t locally famous rapists. Some of them with histories of arrest for domestic violence provide convincing narratives, proof, and even witnesses to coax a new partner into believing it was a misunderstanding or an outright lie. This one (or multiple, th…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 06:15 PM

Yikes.. well, like I said, most abuse is less obvious at first. No one needs to be toxic or dumb to fall for a skilled manipulator.

Abuse in a romantic relationship almost never begins in an obvious way.

I’d want any child of mine paternity tested before leaving the hospital. Baby swaps happen. Crappy doctors have impregnated their patients. Plus, what if the father wants to act like a douchebag down the road? If I were positive of the father and the paternity test said otherwise, a maternity test would follow.

Some of the worst "nice guys" I've ever met were also total momma's boys. Then you have the "nice guys" who hate their mothers and project it onto the women they wish to date.

I'm not talking about money or gifts, I'm talking about your time. And yea, "half assed" (your words, not mine) parents try to gift their way around the work of raising a kid. These gestures won't mean a thing if she barely knows you. You're setting her up to behave worse than her mother.

You gotta hug that little girl right out of those stripper shoes. Mom's a real piece of work? Suck it up, y'all share blood. Take her to court for custody and she can't flounder on letting you see your daughter. Unless you really don't care and are just here to brag that you're shirking responsibility due to bitterness...

Facts! I was saying if we wanted to assume they did receive the same sentence of 10 years, but men's stats were reported at time served and women's at time sentenced, is the only way I could see those numbers.

When guys and girls are "friends," one of them wants to smash and the other one either knows it or is naive. It's never platonic both ways. Some people are more respectful than others but with "frienships," at least one of them is waiting for a vunerable moment. You say they can be friends if there is no physical attraction. You also mentioned a strong man. What about him needs to be strong? I'm assuming "strong" means either his willpower to resist pursuing her or his willpower to resist her if…

You left off the part where I said if I was single and ~35... not bragging, just sharing my Plan B. I'm allergic to cats, after all. It is probably easier for a well kept 35yo woman to bed 21yo men than if the genders are swapped. Men are more restricted by their age than redpill likes to admit. That was the point of my comment.

Ah, but a key part of red pill is living your best life or some shit. Ideally they'll be well into making at least 6 figures a year, visibly a gym goer, and have a lawyer on retainer by age 42! That means they can score the hotties with 23yo bodies. I'd like to add to what you said. For almost every single mom there's also a single dad. There will be women who prefer dating fathers. If I end up single and childless in my mid-30s, I'm going after college guys.

I know a guy who has success with the plush lined crocs. When girls give him shit it's, "I love crocs." He says it like they'd be dumb to not like crocs. Drives them nuts.

Something similar happened to a close friend of mine. The (ex)wife is now married to her affair partner. He's a cheater and a cuck. Watching my friend struggle to accept the life changes and to deal with her control freak nature about the kids.. I can only wish them the exact amount of happiness they deserve with each other.

That is 100% how my mom used gifting, as apologies for abusive behavior or as leverage.

Mine goes touch>quality time>words of affirmation>acts of service>gifts, with the first 3 all being pretty close in rank. I grew up with the idea gifts=love, no matter the rest of how someone treats you. Receiving gifts makes me uncomfortable most of the time, unless it is something truly thoughtful and needed.

You initially approached him. You initiated no contact. Then you bumped into him. Your post said y'all laughed, talked, hung out til 10pm, and kissed. The opposite of showing him he can have you would have been cordially saying hello and goodbye in one greeting and moving along.

So... he already knows he can have you. You're easy pickings. You've now given him time, affection, and attention outside of a defined relationship. He wants to get laid. He's not a bad person, it's a basic need. He doesn't have to be being deceitful or malicious. This is how he feels comfortable pursuing you, vaguely in the hopes of getting a piece.

No matter who is staying with you or living with you, it's your right to control who comes into your home. I've thrown out couch surfing friends who brought strangers to my home without asking. I've had my belongings damaged and stolen when these very reasonable boundaries were broken. It's not about being jealous, it's about being safe. If the guy seemed like a thug, up your home security and make sure you have insurance to cover your belongings (if you're not already prepared). This is an issu…

If men can understand how women think (which is part of trp, right?) then women can understand rp. An intelligent woman would recognize that certain mating strategies work (in general) due to biology and sociology.

People seek what's familiar. Abuse becomes their negative home. Most people who are abused in romantic relationships have been abused in other relationships (family, authority, bullies).

My main point was that a lot of mental illnesses emerge in the early 20s, which is objectively true, and the cause of abuse situations.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/19 09:00 PM

The human brain doesn't mature until around age 25. People make dumb decisions when they're young. Some grow out of it, some don't. Some grow into it as mental health issues often arise in early adulthood. No one deserves abuse but the people who suffer it believe they do. That's why they stay, male or female.

Gotta talk about it. He knows your career path, right? It sounds like you two have a good thing going. And you're both bright. Between the two of you there is probably a solution. Maybe something less conventional, I've known a few alphas who stayed with the kids. If your trajectory is that good, and his goes well, child rearing is significantly easier the more money you make. Another important reason marriages fail is the flip side of this. People who grow up with poor examples sometimes seek out a "negative home" in their own relationships. If mom and dad screamed all the time, it's easy to continue that pattern.

2 years is really not a big gap. I know middle aged people in happy marriages with successful lives where the woman is older. Folks are teasing y'all or being jealous. Teasing is sometimes a way of encouraging a couple to settle down together. I'd try to keep that in mind and examine other factors instead. 25 is on the younger end of when guys start to chill. Some need to flesh out their party boy/bad boy side much longer.

That may be the case in some situations but they went through the same legal process as if she used a sperm bank donor. You can find sperm or egg donors, surrogates, and adoptive parents privately/independently and get all the same protections with proper court proceedings.

I know a lesbian who saw a lawyer and got paperwork drawn up for her sperm donor who was a family friend. In Alabama. They didn't use a clinic at all (edit: turkey baster via the lesbian's now ex-lover, apparently). I know both parties and the wife of the donor, it's all legit. If both bio parents are in agreement to terminate one's rights, it is apparently fairly cheap (edit: between legal fees and her payment to the donor, she spent about $1200 - compared to $15K+ for bank donor and IVF). Edit…
