12	What signs tell you that you’re in the friendzone or not? my suggestion is just to gradually increase your game via text/Snapchat/FaceTime. 1	During quarantine, exchange emails instead of messaging through WhatsApp/Facebook/other messaging app It depends on the context of the email. I agree with you, it doesn’t seem pragmatic in the sense of hooking up casually but then again, it could be hot. Maybe I’ve watched way too many romcoms but I highly doubt if she has the time to respond to an email that she’s some thot with potential other suitors waiting around.
