I got married long before I ever found this subreddit. As I sit looking at my wife asleep with my second son born two days ago, I realize that there’s no way in hell I would ever marry again. They don’t make women like this anymore. She cooks, she cleans, she obviously fucks, and she’s completely content being a submissive wife, but I make all of it possible, and that’s not without a great deal of sacrifice and work. I love my marriage, and my family, but if something were to happen, and it diss…

Did your Dr tell you your "free testosterone" and your "total testosterone" numbers? Without both of those numbers no one in here can give you any advice on whether or not to pursue hrt. I'd love to tell you that your Dr knows best but these days that's not the case. Unless it's a specialist, he probably won't be the best person to ask. If your total T level is 300 that's really not that bad. I'm 30 and my total T levels stay around 140 when I'm not on gear. Just lifting and training hard won't …

No one is saying you can't cry. We are just in agreement here that you shouldn't cry in front of a woman or your children. In times of great sorrow/loss, or abundant joy ie: birth of your child, shedding a tear is a sign of the true capacity for love and strength. Crying at a movie isn't the same.

There are only a few acceptable times for a man to cry. When your dog dies. When a close friend or family member dies. When your child is born. Losing your job isn't on that list.

More like your body treats alcohol as a 4th macro, and it's going to burn those calories before it uses carbs fats or protein. This is great when you have too much to drink, but not great when you're trying to burn fat.

I'll agree with the general consensus here and say that a 5x5 is great for a beginner. It gets you used to lifting, and lifting heavy. Most people make their mistake when they have been lifting for years and continue on this same plan. Coming from someone who has been lifting hard for 7 years now, you'll reach a point where following a "guideline" is a hindrance. I urge you to listen to your body, and train how and when you want to train on that very day. Basically, if you go to the gym, and "wa…

How do you expect to be confident around an actual female with an actual vagina if you can't manage to buy condoms at a store from a middle aged guy? Trust me, he doesn't care what you buy.

I've been cycling steroids for 5 years now. Started with TRT and escalated from there. My advice is do your research. These are all just my opinions, so take them as that, opinions. Is TRT bad? No, not administered correctly. Is TRT necessary? No, not unless there is an ACTUAL problem with your testosterone production. It is possible to build muscle with low testosterone if you train and eat correctly. Are there physical side effects to taking testosterone? Yes, research them on steroid forums, …

Any hobby is a good hobby save for world of Warcraft, as long as you are passionate about it and enjoy it. I once decided I was going to learn to solve a Rubix cube in less than 30 seconds just in case the situation ever arose to impress people. It actually paid off. All that being said, solving a Rubix cube, or doing ships in a bottle etc sound rather beta without also having other manly skill sets or hobbies. Weight training is great. Solving a Rubix cube while being 240lbs of muscle is even b…

What negative consequence will fall upon him if he does show up? None. Her feelings have no adverse effects on him. So he may get laid and eat dinner. What's the problem here? So she's a 5 based on fb pictures. I've been with 5's before, ironically I haven't ever regretted getting laid... I say go for it. What's the worst that could happen?

If you find a prospect, why bother even telling her? You aren't married, you don't have a child with her, why even bother? You get everything you need from her except sex. Get that from somewhere else if you need to. If she finds out and goes nuclear who cares? Her feelings don't matter anyway remember? RP men shouldn't need to justify why they do anything to anyone. If you feel so strongly for her that you feel the need to sit her down and explain your actions, then maybe finding a plate to spi…

Is there anything in his life that he does control? A hobby, an interest, anything he takes pride in and wholeheartedly enjoys? If so, take it away, and keep it away until he takes it back forcefully. If he switches hobbies or interests, take that away too. Eventually he will man up and take what's rightfully his, and hopefully come around on lot of the other things you have mentioned above.

We are both in bed, she says, can you get me a cough drop? I'm too sleepy to get out of bed. I said no but it felt awkward. Don't always feel the need to give a neg/teasing comment. A simple "no" works just fine. Having been married for 4 years now, I can say the power of the word "no" isn't fully appreciated. The groundwork and frame of mind have to have been laid out previously, and they have to know without a doubt that you are absolutely not fucking around when you say it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
