Plenty of men would not have heard about these ideas if it wasn't for his marketing efforts. Yes, he makes a living from selling books. 1	How can I be more polarizing and lead a more attractive lifestyle? Realistically ten years but could shorten that in emergency. It's a moving target. Our retirement accounts look good but we need to cut expenses and figure out what we really need to be happy when not working and buff our non-retirement holdings accordingly. I know some risk is part of life but I have heard a lot of stories of older guys getting hurt with BJJ especially shoulders. 1	Does anyone have the fear that one day they will wake up 40 years old and single? Yes agree that the sex drive winds down somewhat. But it's difficult to separate that from having much more on our plate than when we were younger. When I get a break from being tired and stressed from work, the sex drive fires back up. I can tell you recently I bought a record player and started a small collection of vinyls... this is such a small thing to do, but not only am i having a great time... Find hobbies you enjoy, participate in competitive sports if possible (tennis, golf, etc.) it will allow you to meet more people, go out often, and don't turn off your charm while you are out during the day. I think to myself how a lot of men work at crap jobs just as many hours and are compensated far less. Don't most professionals work similar hours? At least the ones I know. The idea that you can stay fit and bang chicks in their 20's doesn't work out for most. First of all, if you are doing well with life you will have some responsibilities by then that eat your time. You will find that while they remain hot to you, the behavior and interests of young women will start to turn you off. Also you will age. 5	How can I be more polarizing and lead a more attractive lifestyle? It's a nice life but not necessarily attractive. The lifestyle is a first world problem I guess. Maybe I need to figure out how to use the weekends better. I don't think it's a diet issue, mostly just being busy. I work 9-10 hours most week days, plus commute 20-30 mins each way depending on traffic. Gym adds an hour or so. Throw in a haircut or a trip to the grocery store here and there.
