The 2% are the ones that have been PROVEN to be false, so there are probably many men who have been wrongly convicted sitting in jail as we speak. Also some rape claims can be proven false before any legal action has taken place or they just haven't been reported. If that makes sense.

I think it's a troll this. This is exactly the wording for something that would get someone angry. From "Man up" to "woman have it worse" to "men can't be victims" seems to on the nose. Ya know what I mean?
