In american jails, at least, sexual predators often get raped and targeted for beatings and other harassment by other inmates. So "the punishment he would have got" isn't sufficient to cover what he would have gone through if he had been wrongly accused and labelled a sex offender. And she has a hole that was made to be penetrated in order to perpetuate the species. I'd argue for the death penalty by that route.
