Then read the book, you're missing the concept.

I remember reading something by Josh Sway about this. The gist of it was even though you don't have any concrete plans you could still text her on Sunday and say something came up and you can't hang out. Kind of like flaking on her. I agree with this guy though!

I'm assuming you've read the escalation ladder, if not give that a shot and just make it a goal for every new date try to get further on it. Dating isn't something we're born knowing how to do, it's a skill. Some are born with it, other have to develop it.

Question: Do you make your intentions known? I could be dead wrong here, but fuck it. If you are this sexy, successful, fun guy and you don't show interest through touching or even sexual conversations you may be intimidating women. They may think you're too good for them and without any feedback from you they just assume you aren't into them. What do you do when you're attracted to a woman? Ask her out? If you're at a party do you game her? Do any kino? You sound pretty fuckin awesome dude! But…

Jesus this is well written. It reminds me of the game only I am finding it a much more enjoyable read. I'm not even 50 pages in and you've blown my mind already. I've realised that I'm not living I'm just self medicating with masturbation, video games, and booze, while I await my death.

I find that the cocky/funny stuff does not work. This could be the type of women I am trying to attract though. It depends on who you are trying to attract. What works for me is trying to start a conversation about some of their interests. It feels a bit interviewish, but it has worked for me. Sarcasm is pretty hit and miss until you know them a bit. Making jokes works pretty well, but not about them. So calling them a perv may get bad results. I don't know what your profile and pictures look li…

Absolutely! I don't have much going on right now. I should probably work on that too. I'll come up with something, or just cut my losses and move on.

Thanks for the insight on sexting! I had never considered that because I keep thinking from my perspective. 1) its a show at a bar. Basically live music. I have no idea if there is cover. Going to cancel. 2) I was leaning towards that. I'm going to make myself less available to her texts.

I actually just read that after I posted this lol. My plan is to flake on her tonight and see what happens. I'll probably take your idea of telling her I can't meet even though we don't have anything formally set up.

The way I figure it, I can give it a shot and if it isn't what I want I can just walk away from it.

This is something I would have done, but it is an awful way to get a girls number. If you aren't confident enough to straight up ask her it will show throughout your entire interaction with her.

I agree with you. The first 2 girls I dated were like this. The first one would straight up refute the compliment. Me: you look cute today (she had dressed up) her: nah I'm ugly. The second one would just shrug it off and ask why. Both believed that I was being sarcastic about it. I confronted both of them about it and they said they were teased and told they were ugly their entire lives so why believe me. Damaged goods might be good for a night or two but trying to make a gf out of that is toug…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
