I’ve always said guys are stronger on average, but that there are some women stronger than some men. Yeah I guess the more I think about it with how specific language is in law premeditation wouldn’t apply towards motive, though motive can apply towards premeditation. I still think we should take motive into consideration. 8	They can't be wearing the same thing twice if they just wear nothing Ive worked in the retail industry for around 8 years now. I have probably 50 ish T-shirt’s because I could get them for around $7 each when they are normally $40+ retail. I accumulated them over the past 8 years. Not the whole Mike Pence thing, but her former boss wouldn’t be alone with women. It can actually open you up to lawsuits. If you have this policy it should apply to everyone, regardless of gender.
