Children should not be used as one sex's financial shackle to the other. It's a bit of a stretch to call pregnancy a life threatening condition. The ratio of women who die during childbirth is so low. No one said you should get the death penalty for accusing someone of any crime. Not to mention, there are pretty specific guidelines for what murders are actually even punishable by the death penalty.
