I was adding more clarity to your point that health is biological AND it’s also affected by behavior (ie. diet) whereas driving is definitely more behavioral. Health insurance is biological and can be affected by diet (a behavior pattern in eating). Plus the US has an obesity epidemic compared to Eastern countries thanks to the diet — which increases demand for health insurance and treatment for health-related issues.
