They sell out of a few things right away: water, generators, canned food, bread, and these USB charging stations. In Houston, Went out 4 days before Harvey hit. The stores, gas stations, Walmart, were already sold out of most if not all of those things. By the time you know you need it, if you didn't already have it, it's too fucking late. My issue with his use of "whore" is that it's become a very general female insult in the same way that "cuck" has become a very generic male insult.
