| 8 | Destroy the concept that your teen years are supposed to be fun and once you hit 25, you’re old and it’s over. Some of us had to heal from trauma during our teen years and our 20s (30s, 40s, 50s and so on) and would like to begin a good life without constantly being told it’s too late.Thank you!!! <3 48 y/o woman here who is still healing from childhood & adult relationship trauma.
