It wasn't really related to 'technology', as it started occurring many years before computers were commonplace. Also, it was somewhat of a gradual shift. A lot of the women who started working 'outside the home' were either young and childless, or their children were of an age that the parents didn't believe they needed to be home with them all the time. Daycare options were very limited back then. Lastly, a good portion of the women who went to work wanted nothing to do with 'women's lib'. It w…

That comment quickly proves the "NZ Minister of Family/Sexual Violence" is 'dumber than a box of rocks'.

For the most part, anyone using the term “mansplaining” will only be satisfied when you’re not seen or heard. It’s equally as offensive as whatever their gripe might be, so simply ignore them!

Your 'reply' is all over the place (and I mean all over the place). I mean this nicely... If you're off your 'meds', get back on them. If that isn't the issue, seek help from a trusted family member, friend, or professional resource.

You're not paying attention... There isn't a "War on Boys", there is a war on heterosexual white boys and adult males. As a gay man observing this, I'm perplexed at how prevalent, widespread and in your face obvious this is, and questioning why there doesn't seem to be more resistance or push back.

Either we’re all equal, or we’re not. I happen to believe we are all equal.

Men can be women, and women can be men. If they believe there is a pay gap, identify differently.

I’m sure the “fat and ugly” girl was elated to have the mother and son over, to discuss her attractiveness and positive body image!

What he said is offensive. BUT, he’s put in prison for it. I realize this was not in the US. Seems like a bridge too far, to even consider it a crime.

World travelers, robust social lives, and healthy??? Whoever wrote that needs to set their wine box down, as they’ve lost their attachment to reality.

If anyone slapped me, I think they should expect at least a similar reaction from me, but possibly worse. I suppose this women must not believe in “Equal Rights”. BTW, I haven’t struck another human for at least 35 years.

Of course, all men are guilty... The question should be, why are so many feminists also sexist?

It’s a truly F’d up world when the debate is about who is better at suicide, men or women... Please, if you have time to squander on Reddit today, spend a moment of it thinking about the people you interact with regularly. If there is a person you think of, who might be at risk, reach out to them and see if you can bring a smile to their face and possibly make their day/life better, if even just for a moment.
