While you're correct that you have to have a license to provide straight razor service that's not what she was there for. She wanted "a simple fade" which is done with clippers. Straight razors are used to shave the face which is a service she wouldn't need. You may want to reread the article because all of this is making you the one who appears ahem retarded. Which brings me back to my original point that she could have sought service elsewhere, but decided she was going to throw a hissy. Sorry…

No, it's a case of a business setting it's own guidelines. Is it smart to exclude clientele, no, but it's their right. Nothing stopping her from finding a barber who would cut her hair if this place wouldn't.

That's why I said OP didn't properly represent it with this post. In fact, I believe this team just wanted some better competition because all of the other women's teams around them suck. It's just that others have posted this before and they .ade a similar point.

It's an old topic related to how female professional athletes kept saying they should get paid as much as male athletes However, the discrepancy isn't due to physical differences between men and women, but that mens sports draw larger crowds, take in more money and can pay their players more.
