One of the best things I've ever done for myself has been to learn how to fight. I was fortunate, in that I love boxing/kickboxing and MMA so it was something I was happy to pursue. But the real high is the confidence it gave me. It's a whole other feeling when a creep is leering at you and you can glare back knowing you could drop his ass if you had to.
