This is your own busted ass math and logic. That is not what that means at all. Just because it doesn’t end in a conviction doesn’t mean it was a false allegation. Look at Bill Cosby. He’s out on a technicality. Just because there isn’t evidence to convict doesn’t mean it was a lie..
I’ve done no research but from the one article I’ve read, there are texts saying how much she wanted at least most of those things done to her and she initiated both encounters. Don’t know how protected you are since it’s still technically rape even if she did consent to those things. Especially since she was unconscious.
I don’t believe that for a second. Maybe 97% of cases don’t have enough evidence to prosecute but there’s absolutely no way that 97% are falsely reported.
