I will see her today, so do you think I should bring up the subject? Like ask he why she said I am shy and then I'll go from there. Plus, do you think she lost interest since she said such a thing? I don't really want to get friend zoned. Bottom line, how can I turn this situation to my advantage?

Hey!! Thank you very much for your honest opinion.I have a small update. Everytime we meet, it is on a bench outside my class building. We have classes in the same building. Before seeing her, I saw a bike parked right next to the bench, and I had a feeling that it was her bike and I was right. She didn't even park it in the bikes parking section. I am not rejecting myself, but I don't really know how to act. She acts in so many different ways and when she didn't give me much attention last week I thought that she was only being friendly with me.

Well I know I shouldn't say that she is out of my league. But how would you analyze her behavior. Like I said, I never had problems with girls but this one is an exception.
