I will say, however, it's common decency to respect a relationship. If you're so alpha you probably won't have any trouble at all picking up the next woman who isn't in a relationship.

Ah good, looks like it is this sub then! Seems like a massive circlejerk for rejected men. Don't get me wrong, I do love a good denial, but I like it more in a /r/justiceporn or /r/instantkarma kind of way, not in a /r/Bad_Cop_No_Donut kind of way. Also, I'm not one of those people to always slate the cops either, I hate the bandwagon of people who think all cops are bad, I've got much respect for the force....just not this guy.

Oh come on, you're telling me you couldn't move your hand if someone tries to bite you? You have a hand free anyway, could easily hold her head. Regardless of what happened previously it's for the justice system to provide punishment, not a jumped up police officer who has no self control.

Take one step around the side of her and lean on her shoulder. She can't kick you, she can't stand up. If she escalates, you escalate . As it stood she took one kick then froze for a second, she wasn't continuing her assault. The officer just lost his patience.

Physical force? Yes. I would argue that a single hand on her shoulder, maybe two at a push, would be sufficient physical force in this situation. The physical force used here I would say would be justified if the person was unrestrained and posed a threat to the officer. This woman poses no threat to the officer, he just lost his temper.

So you're telling me that's the only way to stop a handcuffed and seated woman from assaulting you? It's obviously disproportionate force. Just because you're a police officer doesn't mean you can retaliate in anyway you like to the tiniest assault. He could have restrained her easily with a single hand on her shoulder then let her take the further charges with evidence from the CCTV in the station. In what world could you possibly think this is justified!? Edit: I'm guessing from the downvotes …
