Well that would really depend how you define 'drug' and 'works'. Caffeine is a drug that actively improves health in most people so drugs clearly can be health boosting. All medicines are drugs and most of those 'work' for the intended purpose. Phenibut is magic for this. it gives you insane levels of confidence and is completely legal (at least it is in Europe). Don't take it more than twice a week, but otherwise it's great. I love it for social occasions but also take it to for football matches because the confidence boost make me feel much better. I am very injury prone (runs in the family) and have learnt a few things. Firstly, go to see a few different physios if you haven't already. I know it might be expensive, but get different opinions is key. Physio work is 100% the way to recover a tendon injury, but it needs to be the right exercises with the right level of difficulty.
