The big question is how long her male predecessor was doing that job compared to how long she has been doing it. It's not always a government job. In Alberta all highway maintenance is contracted to private companies. I know this because I am the lead hand in my shop. That is a valid point but the woman always has the option to abort, so it would be at least half the woman's fault that the child is being raised in a half income home because she had the option to get out at the same time he did. At this point it would be HER choice to go ahead with having the baby with full knowledge of the financial challenge ahead. What do you mean by sexual intentions? If he was trying to knock her up then of course he should be responsible for that.
