2	Seduction in a small town? The local Estrogen network will quickly brand you when you're in a town of 5K. The real question is whether there's a tourism industry -- ski towns are the great example. Though the quantity of good prospects is just too low for lots of churn, if the flow of college kids and other singles is sufficient, then you can really enjoy yourself at certain times of the year. Maybe the KEY component of an alpha approach is that you're buying, not selling. It doesn't have to be overt -- which is a whole 'nother discussion, but the moment you're on the hook to sell or pitch, you've probably lost the high ground. Your points 3 and 4 are better on this score, but the idea of answering objections in 5 brings back the possibility of a defensive approach.
