Just do it. Even for 1 minute a day. The point is consistency, not time. Time will come with consistency.

Having desire and being thirsty are 2 different things. There’s more emotions behind “desire.” It requires you to be in your body.

Masterful write up. Giving up porn and no fapping has got me so comfortable in the tension I get turned on just by being in the presence of a woman.

Correct me If I'm wrong but if you're meditating with an end goal in mind, you're doing it wrong.

Responding to the physyical is a choice though. That's the way I think about it.

I honestly think that lifting can help you control emotions and check your ego. If you can lift a heavy ass weight quielty i.e., no grunts, sighs or exagerrative movements and in a control fashion; you can deflect emotions

I've consistently gone 6-7 days straight of Keto. After that I completely give in feel guilty. It is hard but the energy you gain is insane.

When I maintain frame ppl tend to think I'm grumpy or angry. Matter of fact just this weekend an 11-yr old girl said that I always look mad and I never smile. When in reality I'm extremely calm and patient. Made me think

Just curious. How tall and big are you? I had something similar happen to me as well but I'm 6'2 270lbs. I banged my set out and left the dude with his bench. The guy was obviously mad but I had about 3-4 inches on him.

Completely agree with this. Women have a tendency to blab about the guy their seeing in hopes to put him in a bad light causing not only pre-selection but curiosity in other woman. It's called the referral system. Even negative press is good.

Really depends what youre aiming for. If you're aiming for muscle gain, running 3x's a week for 20-30 mins should be enough.

I'm convinced women are incapable of making their own decisions. I live with 2 women and I'm constantly asked what I think about the dress they're wearing, what shoes to wear, what choice should they make. etc. I used to get very irritated at first but after reading David Deida's "Way of the Superior Man" I now understand why they do that. Now I make their decisions with conviction & they're almost always happy.

The easiest answer is; you develop intense awareness. Your energy just changes when you develop such control over your thoughts. It's almost like a superpower. IMO, being still and calm is essential as a man and meditation WILL make you attain that. Even if your skeptical, this alone warrants a meditation routine.

I actually agree with this. Some dudes are set out to just marry their sweetheart but I'd say the majority of men wanna live DB's lifestyle at his current age. If that's how you wanna live then follow RP's principles till you're bored then live like Buffett and Gates

How bout lift and meditate so you can look intimidating & could actually control yourself in tense moments.
/r/TheRedPill01/03/17 10:00 PM
2

This. I'm a practicing stoic & it took me awhile to realize that I can actually feel or react whenever I wanted to. I could also suppress when I wanted. The fact is that I always had a choice. That's what stoicism is about. If you generalized stoicism as just "suppressing" your emotions then you really don't know it's philosophy.

If you had told her $60 before the job started then it would've been understandable to stand your ground, but you finished the job & gave her price of course she's gonna haggle. That's fault on both you and her for not setting a price. However, silence is always key in negotiations; lots of people can't hold that tension in. This is where everything is decided.

Yeah. I wish I could explain it more thoroughly but being in the game after awhile it's become more like an intuition. Best way I can explain it is to do what you feel at the moment & not what you think should do to ease the moment. IMO, Handling tension and Polarity is %90 of the game
/r/seduction07/01/17 04:09 PM

I've been a nice guy my whole life. Game taught me something called polarity. Be nice but also add some edge to yourself & always do things because you feel like it and adds value to your interactions.

Meditate man. Seriously. Chances are you know the answers to your own questions but are too scared to really bring them to light. Meditation will help man, trust me! Looking inward is the bravest act anyone can do. Taking action to fix yourself is 2nd!

Although it was a good interaction and everyone should strive for this type of approach I hardly noticed any attraction being built. Kino was on point but it seemed like no tension was being established. I also seen a lot of myself in this vid. Been meditating off and on for the past 2 years. However, this year has been my most consistent year meditating 4-5 times a week 10-20mins ea session. Been receiving more comments about how much more calm and centered my vibe is. Meditating (like game) is not something you'll notice right away. It's one of those things where you gotta trust the process whole-heartedly and not be attached to the outcome. If you're meditating to attain something then you'll never feel content. Funny you say that because I'm actually insecure about my height (which is weird I know) More often than not I'm the tallest and biggest dude in any room & that makes me uncomfortable. I actually gotta tone down my aggressiveness cuz my presence alone is intimidating. Finding the balance between both has been the hardest part. But, vibe is crucial.

This dude is right! I'm not the best looking nor am I the thinnest. I'm 6'2 with a powerlifter body and all it takes is straight up sexual vibes, eye contact, and letting your intentions be known. You'll know right away who's dtf because the girl'll hook right away. Sure you'll get rejected more than not but if you're just looking to get laid. You're bound to meet 1-2 broads a night that's DTF. You gotta be willing to take rejections and approach like a mad man though. leave your ego at home.

The premise is to build a "Yes" pattern so that she's most likely to give you her number with no resistance. Where you take her is totally up to you. I've taken chicks to bars, comedy shows, (you be surprised how many chicks have never been to a comedy show), museums, trampoline dates, roller ice skating, beach walking, bike riding, hiking, etc
/r/seduction27/06/15 07:48 PM

These are basically "Assumption questions." For example, Do like to laugh? Do you like comedy? Do you like interesting things? Do you like museums? Do you enjoy feeling good? Are you cool? Are you a good friend? Are you trustworthy? Basic questions like that... Just get 2 or 3 yes's and you're good....
