Her emotional outbursts are her way of communicating that she needs you to be the oak. You are failing. Read the sidebar, do the work , become a natural, there are no shortcuts. You want to get out of the house more, part of your Dread strategy? Take the kids with you, without your wife ffs. Wherever you go, there will be opportunities for you to approach and play catch and release and learn that DNGAF attitude. A father visibly stepping up in this way is a very attractive prospect. Eventually y…

Understanding that my wife is the biggest teenager in the house helped me. Helped me make the shift in my mind to ignore shitty behaviour, deal with the testing and focus on my mission.

Don't EVER argue with women. They can go batshit crazy for a few seconds to get their feelz out, then literally can be sucking your dick 10 minutes later. Not yours OP, your frame is too weak, you can't even STFU. Be bigger than the mouth noises your GF makes, learn to handle shit and comfort tests. Two months is not enough to unfuck yourself. Lift, Sidebar, and STFU.

Man this is a mess and you're not helping. She needs an oak in her life (read the sidebar). Right now this is not you. Having a small disagreement, begging her not to leave and crying (ffs) is a huge demonstration of lower value and super unattractive. Enough to tell me you don't have the MRP skills to handle any kind of relationship, never mind one with issues this big. You'd be better spending a few years learning TRP, spinning a few plates, and growing up before you graduate to MRP. Read the …

You're looking for a shortcut to change just one thing. That won't work. You need to read the sidebar and internalise all the concepts, and slowly roll them out with your wife. Learn the difference between a shit test and a comfort test, because blindly stopping affection can fuck up your relationship. It's complex, it'll take time to unfuck yourself and get attractive. As you become more MRP competent, building a confident cocky and funny frame, yes the sex will come back, maybe even with your …

Women rewrite the truth all the time to keep up with their hamster. If you can get her recorded or on text admitting she attacked you. You will be in a stronger position. Keep an eye on her also, in my experience, high chance she is also recording your conversations and arguments too. Be careful.

Your frame isn't strong enough. You argue with your woman, bad idea. She is giving you an epic shit test and you are not responding well. My first advice is leave, it's hard to come back. If you decide to stay, you have a tough journey ahead to build back your purpose, frame and respect.

Women are sexually responsive, that's why some of them never initiate but still really enjoy sex. They also get a huge validation from you having a good time, sometimes this is greater than their own satisfaction. Focus on continually improving yourself, lead and they will follow.

Most wives won't leave a man who is improving. You have stopped improving and the talk of divorce that has returned is her way of drawing your attention to that fact. Get a plan together, MAP if you like and start working on it. It's also highly likely that the extra close proximity to your wife during lockdown and your beta history means you are not passing shit or comfort tests. Learn these skills and use lockdown as a opportunity to train yourself. Btw, counsellors will always take her side. …

I've never been tested by my wife more than when I've been in my own deep emotional or financial turmoil. I think wives are hard wired to unconciously test that their man is the strong, attractive provider they can desire. Sadly when the shit hits the fan, she might keep the house running, but will comfort and shit test the hell out of you. If you don't pass these tests, you can spiral into a dark place because you expect support and validation from your wife and it ain't there. Ask me how I kno…

Let it out, lift (best way to find your own point of origin and to see consistent improvements), plan your mission, put yourself out there. You can be better, see it, focus, we have your back!

You will become a master at these tests when you can flip it. She is testing your frame to see if you are a real man. She will hardly know she is doing it, but the good news is she does it because she cares about you. So, how to flip it: Set your boundaries, let her know the behaviour is unacceptable, but give her a way out, you are probably taking it far too literally and seriously. My wife still does this occasionally, my response (with a cheeky grin) is, "Quit being a bitch and come over here…

Don't get too drunk going into a main event situation, you will need a clear head to STFU and not be drawn in, stand strong. Worth considering kicking the Main Event can down the road until your SMV is higher and the 1000 ft rope tightens. For me, the main event never really happened (yet), she stopped shit testing me as much and sex massively improved in quality and frequency. As I got stronger and more OI, she got more feminine, creative and generally nicer to be around. It's never over though…

She accidentally kissed his dick. It won't be the first time either. Don't put up with this disrespect, it'll only get worse. Hard NEXT.

Yep, the muscle pain after lifting constantly brings you back into yourself, your frame and your mission. It helps to stop your own stupid hamster spinning your thoughts in silly directions. It's also a great alternative source of self validation as you are the first to notice your own progress. I focus my meditations on not 'flooding', a BPP term - Read the sidebar and do the work.

I noticed that your wife was using "I" and "I'm" comments. I would read these as comfort tests. If she comes at you in a bitchy tone using "you or you're" comments, that's a shit test. Read the sidebar for how to deal with them and find your own style.

I think when we all arrive here we are fixated on sex or lack of it to be more precise. In our darkest moments, it's the major source of our validation and frankly it's easy to use as a measurement. For me tracking it was an easy early demonstration of progress: More approaches, increasing quantity, and quality. Those who do not lift or have a MAP and go beyond get stuck here with this metric alone and that leads to a one dimensional man and a stall in progress. The more dimensions you have, tra…

In the book, My Secret Garden, one of the fantasies is denying sex before then being submissive. You might have stumbled on this. You could also have hit some LMR, Last Minute Resistance. Could be either, but you missed out on a shag by not spanking her for being a naughty girl when she subsequently told you she was horny.

Make an effort, do something from the Ian Ironwood playbook of alpha moves. Women like feelings and adventures. Today I set up a treasure hunt with you tube videos for my wife, QR codes and lots of little presents along the way. The present at the end is me. BTW, it worked wonders, I am already a legend. Your job is to lead, show her the way, go have fun gentlemen.

The world throws this kind of crap at us men every day, especially as we get older. Step up and lead yourself out of it. Don't be a victim, internal focus is everything for the next few months. OP should see this as an opportunity to hold frame and practice dealing with the wave of shit tests which will come his way. He will learn to enjoy them as he gets better at dealing with them (promise). As for leaving the house, get busy and get another hobby.

This, your electrolytes are low. This is normal on keto when you start. Make sure the oil you are using is healthy - Olive oils and sat fats are good, avoid vegetable oils. I used keto to drop 50lb in 4 months and reverse T2D. I'll share the science if you message me. It does take many months for your body to adjust, a bit like wives, they need training!
