It's probably because when you have your needs met, it frees up your mind to focus on other things. When you have your romantic and sexual needs met, just like when you have your need for food and shelter met, you can focus on extracurricular things. When you are in a perpetual state of need without any foreseeable resolution to getting those needs met, that can keep you in a state of mental and emotional stress that keeps you from functioning optimally. That's why boomer advice to a young man i…

I read somewhere that men in medical school who were married or in committed relationships did better and graduated at the top of their class as opposed to men who were single. Furthermore, the married medical school students went on to have more successful medical practices than the men who had been single through medical school. Conventional wisdom says that for a man in medical school, relationships with women would be a distraction and cause him to do worse than single men who weren't distra…

It appears to be a positive feedback loop. Also, the study says that teens who had healthy romantic relationships had better mental health and higher self esteem than those teens that ABSTAINED from dating. I don't like that word, abstain, because it makes it seem like a choice. Most teens, at least most male teens who "abstain" from dating are actually excluded from dating because of their height and/or looks. They aren't making a free will, conscious choice not to date or have any relationship…

Plus women don't care why you're short, they just hate short men. So when a white woman sees a 5'5 Asian, she doesn't care if it's a result of his genes, his diet in early childhood or some combination thereof. All she sees is that he's a munchkin.

There are a lot of U.S. military bases in Japan and I've never heard of a black soldier from the U.S. having a problem getting laid with Japanese women. Also, keep in mind, Jeremy Meeks said that he was receiving money from Japan and Jeremy Meeks by the common definition would be considered a black man. My point is that, at least among the younger generation of Japanese women, they may not be as discriminating against black men as in times past.

Studies show that youth is more relevant in women than men. Plus I never said youth isn't relevant for men, just number 2, where it's number 1 for women. A man like Jason Mamoa is considered universally attractive by women, despite looking more or less his 40 or so years of age. Same as the Rock. All older women who are universally considered attractive are considered such because they resemble younger women. If they looked their age, they wouldn't be considered attractive. No one can give an ex…

Well why doesn't that apply to rich men dating low income women. You can say the same thing about that as well. If I'm a multi millionaire and I'm dating a woman who is a cashier at Wal Mart, you should be saying that I shouldn't date a woman who makes under $250K/year so that the relationship can be equal and she won't be dependent on me.

Obviously you don't want to accept that youth=beauty in women, which is why outside of the odd outlier, young women are consistently rated as more attractive than older looking women.

Whether or not that's true, it's something totally different to say that the man is wrong for having standards. And even men who can have standards and do get ridiculed for it. There was this French author who talked about how women sent him nudes and that he wished that 50 year old women would not send him nudes but that 25 year old women could continue to send him nudes because he was attracted to 25 year old women over 50 year old women. That caused a lot of outrage. Gad Saad talks about it h…

What does moral have to do with it? I'm sure you don't think it's immoral for a fat, dumpy unattractive woman to want a tall, muscular, handsome athletic man. Would that be "disregarding" the man's sexuality? What if it's a fat black woman who wants a particular white man and that white man tends not to be interested in the average black woman, is she immoral for disregarding the sexuality of that white man?

Let's not get caught up on that one particular example and miss the forest for the trees. The point is that women generally get away with being able to have so many standards and a laundry lists of demand for guys and no one really sees anything wrong with it or god forbid tell her to lower her standards or even tell her that she isn't deserving of such a man. Because we'll tell a man that in a heartbeat. And if a woman ends up single because of her insanely high standards, it's the fault of inf…

What if the man said he would commit, but then changed his mind after he got what he wanted (like how women tend to do)?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/20 04:13 PM

Generally speaking, women, even when they are in no position to make demands, still are recognized as having a right to hold whatever standards for a man that they want. And in the above video, this man just wants a young, attractive woman. Really not much of a laundry list. While women have literal laundry lists of what a man must have, even if they are an overweight, middle aged single mother who's not all that to look at herself.

I don't know if you're deliberately being obtuse or if you really don't understand what I'm saying or if you don't want to understand what I'm saying. But here goes one more again: I did not say that youth is not important for male looks, but that it is secondary to having the correct bone structure. Whereas with female beauty, youth is the be all, end all. That's why make up doesn't work for making men look better like it does women because makeup is to make the person wearing it look more yout…

Yeah but older women only look attractive when they look younger than their true age, so it's still dependent on youth. If Jennifer Lopez looked 48 or however old she is, she wouldn't look as attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/20 04:00 PM
1

You're missing the point. Even when an older woman is attractive, it's ALWAYS because she looks younger than her age. I've never seen an exception. This is why women wear makeup and other things to give the appearance of youth, ideally early 20s. A man doesn't have to necessarily look younger than his age to be attractive but youth is a factor in male attractiveness because for men, bone structure is more important, on the other hand, women can look more attractive with a wider range of bone str…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/20 03:58 PM

For sexual attraction, I can agree with that, but male beauty is more dependent on bone structure than youth whereas women's beauty is completely dependent on youth.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/03/20 11:51 PM
1

Older women with younger men still isn't as common and when it does happen, the younger man usually is looking for a quick lay, not a relationship. Also, female beauty is totally dependent on youth i.e. a 20 year old girl who looks 20 will universally be regarded as more attractive than a 40 year old woman who looks 40. Male beauty has youth as a factor, but is more dependent on bone structure. A 40 year old man who looks about 40 but has a strong jawline, chiseled cheekbones, strong chin, hunte…

I do believe that women like older men but I have to qualify what I mean by "older". Most 20 year old girls wouldn't want a 70 year old man but many would be attracted to a good looking 30 year old man

Men are more likely to have fetishes, so sure, there are men who are chubby chasers. But women, more often than not, converge on 1 standard of male beauty. All women prefer six pack abs to potbelly kegs. Far as I know, there are no females who have fetishes for men with potbellied stomachs or sunken cheekbones.

You don't see that except if it's obviously meant as a joke. Remember that 300 pound "model" that was put on the cover of Sports Illustrated? Obviously, it was done to make a statement as the mostly heterosexual men who read the magazine weren't demanding a 300 pound model. But if the girl is into me, then it really shouldn't matter if I'm 23 or 33 and to her, it probably doesn't, it's just that if I say I'm 33, people around her will tell her something is wrong about the relationship and women tend to want social approval for their relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/20 08:46 PM
1

Depends on what you define as older. If an 18 year old marries a 29 year old and lets say that he lives to be 79, she would be 68 by that time, which is a normal age to be a widow/widower. It's not like he's 40 years older than her. Plus, if you're in your late 20s-mid 30s man and you can get away with saying you're younger, then do it. I only tell me real age if I'm dealing with a girl over 25. Under 25, I always lie about my age since I have the look to pull it off.

Right. When I was 22 I had a fling with a 40 year old woman and when she wanted a serious relationship I high tailed it out of there. For one, she was always going to be 18 years older than me and I wasn't going to be 32 stuck with a 50 year old woman who asks me for money. No way, No how. I'm not giving women my age any money. If I did give any female money, she'd have to be at least 8-10 years younger

It's mainly because A. Most guys take what they can get B. People date /have sex with those they tend to be around. A 30 year old man who could sleep with college girls probably comes into contact more often with 30+ year old women in his daily life and most important there's been a big push to make it socially unacceptable for men to even admit attraction to younger women, let alone pursue them. And this has been shown in studies.

Women lie to men all of the time. Plus, if a girl likes me if she thinks I'm 23, why tell her my real age? For what? It's no more creepy or outrageous when a woman wears makeup that makes her look like a whole different person or 10 years younger than she actually is.

Because women have a herd mentality, so if you ask a 20 year old girl outright if she would be interested in "fucking 30 year olds", especially if you put it so bluntly, they probably would say no. Because older women try to put it in their mind that guys over a certain age are all creeps and weirdos. However, what they do when they meet a particular guy is different. Both sexes have looks that decline as they age but men can make up with money and status. Plus, regardless of what you think, most men (and this has been well documented) find women in their late teens, early 20s as most attractive. Plus, why do women always attempt to make themselves look younger? If a 45 year old woman is at the mall with her 20 year old daughter and someone thinks she is her sister rather than her mother, she'll be on cloud 9 for the rest of the day. And that 45 year old woma…

It's not conscious....it's unconscious. This is why women tend to get irrationally mad when they see a man their age date/have sex with a younger woman. Even if they don't know the two individuals. I'm in my early 30s and let's say I had a class reunion and I brought with me an 18, 19, 20 year old who very much looked her age, it would piss off a lot of women I went to high school with. Maybe not because they personally want me, they may or may not, but just the fact that I'm with a woman way yo…

They are scared to do so because they are scared what other people (mostly older women and jealous guys who are stuck with middle aged women) think. You only live once and if you're a man who can get younger women, I would advise to stop caring that some 40 something year old woman will think you are a creep because who cares. It's also not a choice to be attracted to young beautiful women rather than over the hill, middle aged women. That's a a baseless assertion. You know nothing about the 2 individuals or their backgrounds and instantly can know by just knowing their ages all of that about them. Can you also tell me what color T shirt the guy wore last Tuesday just by knowing his age?

Yeah that's the only reason they are with women their age is because they were with them when they were much younger. A good looking successful, 30 something year old man isn't actively looking for "age appropriate women" he's mainly interested in younger women and if he has an affair, it probably will be with a younger woman. Plus, what about the single women in their 30s? Are they "well adjusted"? No, you'd probably think they were "single, empowered women". Also, a well kept secret is men pre…

So they'd be more butt hurt about it. They probably married their wives when their wives were young and attractive. I highly doubt a single, successful rich man is seeking out same aged women unless said single, successful rich man is in his 20s or so. So a 50 year old rich man married to a 48 year old woman probably has been with her since she was 22, which makes a world of difference. And if their wife died or they divorced and they remarried, it probably would be to a younger woman.

It's funny how back then, many of those same women would have dated or slept with a man in his late 20s-mid 30s that they found attractive and found it perfectly ok but today in 2020, they suddenly think men their age shouldn't want to date/sleep with women in their late teens/early 20s. Younger women typically are better looking than older women, I don't even see why this is debatable. We all know that men like younger women for that reason. I don't know and don't care. I still generally won't see anything wrong with it because no relationship is perfect. Plus, when it comes to same sex relationships, many people support them without having to see data and spreadsheets about how they tend to work out or not. So why suddenly do people need to see facts, figures, spreadsheets and pie charts when it comes to older men dating younger women?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 07:14 PM
1

So what? Same sex relationships have a high rate of domestic violence and abuse, yet you're not willing to say that people of the same sex shouldn't date because of the high rate of domestic violence in those relationships. You would be against age gap relationships anyway, even if it was a perfectly healthy relationship. You're not against it because of the possibility of domestic violence.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 07:09 PM
1

No that's not the only reason....says who?? Men go after younger women because they are more attractive than older women. That's all there is to it. And LOL at your "they just can't get a woman their own age" argument. If they are always balding losers who young women don't want, why are you so strongly against it when they'll always be rejected anyway??
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/20 07:06 PM
1

Yeah because it's pedo to like 18 or 20 year old girls. When you have no logical argument, use more shaming language. Ok, to prove to you I'm emphatically not a pedo, I hereby swear to only date or be attracted to women over 40 and even if she is over 40, unless she looks like she's 40 or older, I still won't be attracted to her! There, that ought to prove to you that I'm no pedo!

Right. When I (a male) was 22, I met a 40 year old woman and had a brief fling with her. In fact, her daughter was 2 months older than me. Of course, that's just being an "empowered woman". And yet how are these men getting younger women. If that's the case, you shouldn't be bothered by older guys going after younger women, because if they are as you say, they can't get a younger woman anyway so it's a moot point, right? So there's no reason to get upset or butt hurt about it. Just let nature take it's course. Also, you're making younger women seem like a prize to be had and an older woman something that one is stuck with. That older guys should just be happy to settle for same age…

He doesn't have to be a mechanic and she doesn't have to be a wealthy heiress, just someone who lives with and is taken care of by her parents and doesn't need him for money and he works a job and has been working all his life. You have to quantify "easier". Plus, I doubt you are against same sex relationships, but a little known fact is that domestic violence is much greater in same sex relationships as compared to heterosexual relationships. Yet, you still wouldn't be against same sex relationships, would you? It's not like you thoroughly researched this topic and found that it's easier to manipulate and abuse a younger partner and that's the reason you are against it. You'd be against it in any case.

I agree with the first statement 100 percent. Also, I agree somewhat with the 2nd statement that yes for a LTR you do need someone who you're compatible with to make it work. But if you mean someone you can grow old with, then a late teens/early 20s woman with a man in his late 20s/mid 30s is not bad. If a 30 year old man marries an 18 year old and he lives to be 85, she'll be 73 when he dies and that's a normal age to be a widow. It's not like when he's 85 she'll be 45 and have to live perhaps …

No....in the analogy, she doesn't work because she is from a wealthy or well to do family and he is a working stiff like say a mechanic. Actually that's a real documented part of the female mate strategy according to evolutionary biology....to keep current or potential partners away from young, attractive women. My personal opinion is that AOC laws should coincide with the completion of sexual maturity. So 15-16 years old and you can have sex with anyone of any age. While I can see that it may be in bad taste for a teacher to have sex with a student, the school should handle that. That said, if laws are going to be on the books, they should be equally enforced or not there at all.

I think it has social causes too. It's drummed into men's heads that they are creeps and weirdos for being attracted to younger women closer to their primes. With that in mind, a wealthy, top tier looking (for his age) 50 year old man might think it's wrong or creepy to pursue 20-30 year old women and that he should be limited to women closer to his age group. Of course, this works out for older women.

My ex girlfriend always wanted to be the one to cuddle. She got an attitude with me for going to sleep after we had sex. On the other hand, it's difficult for me to fall asleep with someone else laying all over me. I need my space.

Lean and muscular with V shaped torso is the best bet. Not Ronnie Coleman sized.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
