While the other guys responses are entertaining, the truth is that it's the measure of beef to fat. 80% beef, 20% fat. You can buy ground beef in a few different 'mixes', 80/20, 90/10, even 95/5. Humor aside, the fact that my parents had a superfluous flap of skin removed from my penis at an age that it never registered in my memory just doesn't ruffle my feathers as much as it does yours. 26	Saw the texts my friend gets opened my eyes Dude, you're only 33. I'm 51 and lift only twice a week for an hour and you can get in pretty good shape with just that. Make going to the gym a habit and let the results motivate you to go heavier and/or more often. At 33, you're in your prime. It's only a losing battle when you quit.
