Yeah like, take a chill pill, aka green pill. Honestly i dont blame US so much about obesity, you guys have bomb and addicting food. 90% of loosing weight is diet, so focus on that, maybe exercise aswell, and you will lose it. Fasting helps to. Being calorie deficit, eating Oatmeal helps getting less hungry. I lost 10 KG (22 pounds) in a year by doing all that. Was difficult but consistency is key. Also my myfitnesspal helped.

Shit like this makes me wish why god couldn't create someone equal to men. Cause men and women operate alot differently. Actually i cared for women, but at this point im ashamed to be attracted to just sexual object. Only reason i even give them antention, beside my female family members. Women are just boring, no hobbies. if they lived in the average male life they pray for mercy. Women given the world in silver plate, yet they barely have any empathy for men, and spit on mans face. I'm not dis…

It was a good read, good points and thought provoking, but think missed the point of Stoicism. Is not accepting defeat but not letting situations take control of your emotions. Its normal to be sad, but It’s by accepting life is not perfect. If family member dies or earthquake etc. That is just out most humans control. Coping would be like drinking, smoking, masturbating, deluded thoughts which would make people reject and be damaged. As others mentioned Stoicism is accepting, but also take acti…

Why is that? What's the difference between men's and women's bodies? Body and brain. Your statement is true, many men would date below the average or ugly girl. Men have low standards. I feel like it's sometimes unproductive to point fingers when we should go to the core of the reason, similar to when you have a Windows problem. From what I noticed is that many men wish that women were more similar to men in terms of sexual desire (me included), but what's their case not to be? It seems like wom…

Interesting discussion. Mate it started, after giving women the right to vote in 1920 in the west lol it seems. Women find men less attractive than ever, and still want men to be superior to them by money, and height. It's hypocritical, right? If top women earners refuse to date down, while its the opposite for men, what's even the point of women going to work, might as well give all their salary to men, It goes in a circle around that they want to be provided for but as well a desire to have co…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
